So, they were going to give us a refund by crediting our Wells Fargo account. That never went through because of an issue with THEIR Wells Fargo account. So, they said they'd send us a check for the difference. Two weeks later, I didn't have a check. Called them and they never sent it. The next day they sent a check, but it was made out to the wrong person. They assured us they would drive it down to us this evening (we live an hour away from the store, which is why we didn't just go pick it up). They never came. Horrid service. They don't return calls. We even got the company owner involved, but two months after they installed the wrong carpet, we're still out $600+ because they just can't get it together.
