Jaime is an amazing instructor who cares about all of her clients' fitness goals. Each class is different and she makes sure to walk around and make individual adjustments to correct form or make the exercise "feel right" (for me normally that involves a pretty good amount of soreness in all the right places on the following day, which indicates i had a great workout ). Classes are super fun and time flies when you're in the studio. Take one of her classes and you will be hooked! read more

I have done Pilates for many years and have had good instructors and not so good. Jaimie is AMAZING!!! I constantly sweat in her classes and she is always pushing you to achieve your best. She corrects your form in a loving way and is also funny AF! Makes for a delightful hour!! read more

Jamie is THE best!! I took her Pilates class once and fell in love with her style of instruction. I'm used lagree pilates and struggle with reformer pilates because it can feel less challenging sometimes. I have 3 herniated discs, so had to give up lagree. Jamie's class was PERFECT - it was challenging and felt great on my back during and after the fact. My back is usually okay during a workout; it's the aftermath that's usually the issue. Aside from being a great instructor, she's the nicest! She offered to help me find a studio near my home with her style of instruction and kept her promise - her studio is far from my work and home. I HIGHLY recommend you try her class! read more

Jamie is the best Pilates instructor. She is so creative and knowledgeable. Every class is different and she watches over you like a hawk with detailed instruction. She balances all the hard work with so much warmth and love. If you want an amazing workout, Jamie is for you. I go to her religiously every week. read more

I've been practicing Pilates for 2 years and working with Jaime has been a game changer for me. She's very knowledgeable and experienced which is clear in her instruction. While she is capable of pushing you to your limits, she's also aware of how to do so and to work with your injuries so you can really maximize the class. Blending in her warm, funny and friendly humor, she really makes the class challenging but fun. With how hard you can push yourself, it's nice to laugh some in class. I truly notice a difference when working with Jaime compared to other teachers. The attention, care, and knowledge make her my go to studio!! read more

Jaime is fantastic! She's incredibly knowledgeable when it come to the body and movement and, of course, all things pilates. I started sessions with her after my OB recommended pilates to help my diastasis recti heal postpartum. And it has! Jaime tailors each session to me and my goals. She pushes me, and I appreciate it! She's such a fun person to spend an hour with working out. I always look forward to my weekly sessions. 10/10 recommend! read more

Jaime is simply the best. I've been practicing pilates with her privately for four years and through our work I have strengthened my mind, body and soul. I quickly became physically stronger and transformed my body (i.e. I dropped two sizes and had to buy all new clothes!). Last year, I started taking her 30/30 series, which consists of 30 minutes of Pilates and 30 minutes of life coaching. These classes gave me the tools (and courage) to change areas of my life that were blocked and had prevented me from moving forward. I've come out on the other side and have made significant progress on my personal goals (and am still down two sizes). I am forever grateful to be able to work along this amazingly beautiful and talented spirit and encourage you to do the same. read more

Jaime is the best pilates teacher I've ever had. I started going to Pilates a little over a year ago now and I thought I was going to cry the first few classes were so hard. And then I got addicted. Jaime has such a calming voice, she makes you want to be in class. She pushes you to do things you didn't know you could. I travel a lot for work so sometimes I have to skip a week or so but as soon as I get back to a class with Jaime I immediately feel better. She has made me stronger and happier because of her classes. Thank you Jaime! read more

I have taken reformer pilates classes from Jaime for ~5 years now! She is an incredible instructor on so many levels. I take her classes at Coreology in PV and Manhattan Beach. Whenever I see her on the schedule, it's pretty much a no-brainer for me to take HER class specifically (unless of course if her class is full--which is a majority of the time). Jaime is phenomenal--I always get an intense workout from her, and no class is ever the same. She emphasizes good form (something not all instructors practice), and it makes such a huge difference on the workout and really helps you focus & maximize the muscle(s) that the workouts are intended to target. She's the best! read more

My wife and I train as a couple privately with Jaime. Never fails. At some point during the session the combination of Jaime's carefully controlled work out, multitude of wise corrections on form and constant banter causes me to burst out laughing and totally screw up. Never fails. We leave the sanctuary of her wonderfully equipped private Pilates gym and the challenge of her careful supervision feeling completely energized, like we've just flown through miles of happy super oxygen clouds. Never fails. Always would be happy to have a session go on longer. Always happy there is a next time. Where is your chin pointed? Belly button flattened? Feet flexed? Ribs together? Give me 8 more. Now 7. Jaime is simply extraordinary. It's wonderful training with her! read more

Jaime is the instructor of the first Pilates Platinum class I took and I have been hooked since then. Her training is always very challenging, good mix of core and whole body exercise. She kicks your butt with a smile on her face. She motivates you to try harder, hold on longer, and in return you are rewarded with a stronger self. She always maximize your time with her, if it is an hour class, she will start right away, encourage you to change positions quickly and wont stop teaching until almost the last minute. Its her way of showing commitment to your time and effort. She has a great sense of humor too and finds her own special way to encourage you and challenges you. One of my first classes at Pilates Platinum was with Jaime and she immediately became one of my favorite pilates instructors at the studio. Her training is really one of a kind - well-balanced, challenging and always enjoyable. She is really passionate about the exercise and it really shows through in her classes. You can really tell that she also strives to push herself as an instructor as no two classes are ever the same. Beyond her killer work-outs, I find that Jaime has the most calming and peaceful presence. It pervades throughout the class and you come out feeling like you are on a pilates high! I always tell her after class, "thank you for kicking my ass" and she always immediately responds with, "I love kicking your ass!" :) read more

Jaime is an absolutely wonderful and loving spirit, with a generous and kind heart. I was new to the pilates landscape---and LA had so many different studios and cultures to choose from, it was overwhelming. I called several studios to try and get a consult on how to go about getting my feet wet, and Jaime was the only one who called me back and took the time to answer my questions and help me better understand what pilates is about. As well as explain to me the different formats our culture today practices it in (for our individualized health, style, strengths and goals). I am now working towards being certified to be a pilates instructor, and look forward to getting to work and learn from her further. (Thank you Jaime!) read more

I've been taking classes from Jaime for a few years now and absolutely love her! When I first started pilates, she was one of my first instructors and really helped me learn the basics and proper form - the work outs were so incredibly challenging I wasn't sure I could get through them. I persisted and began to see my body evolve, getting stronger and stronger. I look forward to Jaime's classes - her demeanor is the right blend of strict and fun - she gently corrects your form, reminds you where to focus, and approaches class with positivity and humor. Jaime is an incredibly inspiring teacher, even over VC! She does a great job giving explicit verbal instruction so you can picture where your form needs to be, how you can make adjustments, and where to push yourself. She is also hands-on watching our progress and suggesting minor tweaks to each part of the class. Her ability to strike a balance between fast flow with fun/music is amazing. She challenges you, but it's not impossible. It's definitely great to see the progress in my own abilities as a direct result of her coaching. I always feel so good after class! read more
