I've tried several different instructors and have enjoyed them all - even though they definitely have different styles. I love that classes are small and I really feel the instructors are attentive and quick to provide guidance or direction. I've only tried the level 1 courses yet - but find there is plenty of variation and ability to scale the difficulty level. I use WellHub through my employer, so can't speak to this studio's pricing - but I am certainly enjoying adding this to my workout routine!

The perfect workout honestly -- my instructor for the day was Maggie and her class was truly a work of art. From start to end everything was so uniform, so artistic, and the playlist was solid, huge plus if you ask me! I arrive at 4:15 for my 4:30 class and we started with warm up style practices which later got more intense as the workout proceeded. With Rufus du sol and other jams beating as Maggie explained, and showed us each move, the class was so seemless and perfect. It honestly flew by! The location is beautiful, with red LED lights on the sealings, neon signs and just overall has a very sleek aesthetic. I cannot wait to go back for my next class!

I was a big guy, as in tall and heavy when I started (less heavy these days!). Nicole took the time to evaluate my specific situation and tailored my training. When I started, I suffered from back pain caused by a small hernia in my lower back, not severe enough for surgery. After just a couple of sessions, the pain started to fade. A month into it, it was gone! Nicole's training had strengthened my core without putting my back in risk. Now, in addition of not having back pain, I am stronger, more flexible, and way lighter than when I started. Scheduling is a breeze, she is very flexible, understanding and fair. I would recommend this studio to anyone that wants to get stronger and healthier. Don't waste your time and money on "one size fits all" Pilates classes. This is truly a custom made experience and believe me. It pays off!!!

The class I attended was ultimately removed/cancelled within ClassPass, which permanently removed my review from the platform as well. Prior to that, my attendance had repeatedly been changed to "missed" despite attending the class, resulting in them maliciously charging me a no show fee. I also experienced attempts to have my Yelp review removed after posting screenshots documenting the timeline and responses. At this point, the handling of customer feedback has become more concerning than the class experience itself. For transparency, my original concerns remain the same: - The class description did not clearly state it was structured as a split between reformer and Cadillac - The class itself lacked challenge and flow - I experienced repeated interruptions during the session regarding a phone that was not recording - The public responses to feedback were defensive and unprofessional I have retained screenshots documenting the attendance changes, review removals, and communication with ClassPass support. Overall, while the studio itself has potential aesthetically, the professionalism, customer service, and handling of feedback were extremely disappointing.

I was lucky enough to attend one of her pop-up classes when she came back to town recently, and as always--she exceeded expectations. This studio is nestled in a small shopping area near the MayFair Hotel and there is plenty of street or garage parking around the area. I have done mat Pilates in the past and I have always wanted to try it on the reformer machine. I'm so happy to have had the opportunity to. Christa was the instructor for our class and she was awesome :). She helped me feel comfortable on the machine and adjusted my form as necessary throughout the class. She definitely made the 1 hour class challenging, fun, yet not strenuous. I broke a little sweat and am currently feeling a little sore and it's a great feeling! Modern/ high intensity Pilates don't really focus on those three things as much. Not necessarily better or worse just a different focus. The studio itself is very cutesy, girly and gives Miami when you're inside. So far, the instructors I had were kind, patient and passionate about Pilates. It exudes through their guidance during class. I'm a beginner so if you are worried about that, please don't let that stop you! If times allow, they will correct your form or you can look at someone next to you for guidance. Breathe through it. Dani, my instructor was a 10/10. So sweet and patient and makes me want to be a true Pilates princess lol. Make sure you park on 73rd st or near that area for street parking. You can even park around Powerhouse gym area and make the walk. The parking garage across the apartment building the studio is located in is pricey, $12, compared to about $3/$4 an hour for street parking . It's a little tricky /tight in there too. I've been here two times through Class Pass and I would love to continue to come back and improve my practice.
