I was feeling frustrated and disappointed with the quality of instruction, class set up and the varying degrees of experience of the clients that were in the same class i.e., beginners, intermediate and advanced in the same class. Then I found the Dynamic Fitness Pilates Studio. This is my FAVORITE PILATES STUDIO in Sarasota. The instructors are trained in Classical Pilates, well versed in their choreography. The staff is very friendly and focused. The other clients make you feel at ease from the moment you join the group. I have been seeking a low-impact activity for several years. Prior to discovering Pilates, I was unaware of its existence. Due to personal reasons, I am unable to participate in traditional yoga. However, my daughter enthusiastically shared her positive experience with her inaugural Pilates class in Miami, which prompted me to explore the local studio. I am exceedingly grateful that I did. The studio offers various class levels, allowing participants to modify movements to suit their individual needs. The facility is consistently clean and sanitized, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Tami is excellent with direction and correction; she very encouraging and upbeat. Kara is also encouraging and excellent at directions and correction; she's a little more relaxed & low key. I love both ladies approaches it hist depends on my mood haha. I've only experienced one other person who was a guest and she was also wonderful, but I don't remember her name. Notably, the studio's philosophy of non-judgment is genuinely upheld. I am appreciative of the founders of Club Pilates and grateful for the studio's convenient location. Given the rapid growth and increasing popularity of these classes, it is likely that an additional location will be necessary in the near future. Happy exercising.

You leave ready to conquer the day!! Chad is a one of a kind boxing coach. I attend classes as well as privates with him. He knows his stuff. He is an experience in himself. He is great with little kids, teens, adults, as well as the older crowd. His class is filled from ages 10 to 60+ and makes it safe and fun and a great work out for everyone. No BS here. I met with Nadia the owner, and she has such a classical additional respect in her teaching of yoga. We started this class with restorative yoga using postures to heal the body and create a sense of calm. We moved into a gentle hatha and transitioned to our painting segment for a time and finishing with a beautiful guided Nidra meditation. The studio offers Yin, Vinyasa, Hatha, & Ariel yoga.

There's a good variety of classes, including aerial which is awesome. The only thing that is kind of a bummer is my work schedule is pretty crazy and I would love more late evening classes that aren't only of the more meditative variety, or earlier classes that I could do before work. I feel like I can't go as much as I would like to bc of that, or I miss out on classes I want to take the most bc the schedule doesn't ever rotate and I can only take the same classes that are available with my schedule so it would be nice if things just rotated every now and then so it varied slightly. But again, these are just some simple suggestions and I absolutely love this studio and everything about it. It's really ignited my passion with yoga and given me a safe and comfortable space to enhance my practice and be a healthier, happier version of myself, inside and out. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and I always recommend it to everyone and anyone interested in getting into yoga. I just wish I could go more!
