Since that time, we were automatically billed, which I never authorized, in late August and Sept so when I found about it I contacted them on October 16th to cancel and get refunded and guess what?, I got another billing on October 17th! They refunded 2 auto payments but still owed the 3rd refund and no resolution or communication from over 3 weeks ago. Be very careful about giving a card on file because they apparently can't be trusted and they have no signed agreement for auto billing. Great way to scam customers.

I can see muscle definition like never before in my legs, it's crazy. The yoga classes are great. I really enjoy the Yin class, it's my hour of mental health each week. My friend got me started on Yoga Basics. It's not necessarily an easy class but rather focuses on the right posture. As someone whose journey to Yoga started at bigger gyms this is really important to me. They take the time to explain the proper positions and if you are off they will tell you how to correct it. (After an IT injury, I've learned the importance of posture!). There are a several classes I haven't tried like Booty Bunz and gym sticks that people love. There is also tighten and tone that I like but totally kicks my butt. Zumba is fun and I recommend trying out different instructors because they all have their own take on things.

I have only been attending the studio for a few months, but the owner has been very unfriendly and rude towards me, and my friend who I brought as a guest even commented about the owners attitude. She has never been welcoming, no matter how friendly and kind I am toward her. The pilates classes are consistently the same, lacking creativity from the instructors. There are blocks and various types of equipment available, but they are never utilized! Despite the classes being waitlisted, there are instructors in the studio taking up space while paying members are unable to attend. I will not be returning to this studio.

Updated Review: I've always been a loyal member to every…read morefitness studio I've joined, and I came in with the same expectations here. To be fair, I'm leaving two stars only because of Arsharel and Nichol -- they are truly amazing instructors who deserve to be teaching at an original Lagree studio, not in this environment. Unfortunately, the trust I once had in this studio was broken. After many of us paid upfront for a full year membership, the owner, Judy, suddenly shifted direction: hiring inexperienced, non-certified trainers, opening a new location, and purchasing copycat machines instead of authentic Lagree equipment. Yes, you read that right -- fake Lagree machines, which are not only unsafe but also disrespectful to long-time clients who believed in the original method and trusted her leadership. The studio also rebranded from "Lagree" to "Modern Pilates," which might be fine for newcomers, but as an original client, I signed up and invested in authentic Lagree training -- not this. There's nothing wrong with Pilates in general, but the issue is the bait-and-switch: we trusted we were paying for true Lagree, with certified trainers and proper equipment. As someone who has always supported and respected my studios, I had no choice but to cancel my membership. It's disappointing to see a place I once believed in lose its integrity. I love the small class sizes and the main fitness instructor and owner's, Judy, teaching style and encouragement. She picks exceptional music for an upbeat class and selects workouts that target muscle groups that I wanted to work out. Overall, love this place and will keep going back!
