Their hours are limited and they usually seem to only have one person working at a time. Their fleet is limited (I've rented a few times in the last couple of months and got the exact same car each time). Most of the time the people on the 11am incoming flight are getting the cars being dropped off by the people taking the 12pm outgoing flight, so yeah, there's usually a wait to get a cleaned car. It is what it is. Every time I've actually dealt with the person working the counter, they've done their best to provide great service. I had to extend a rental once and when I spoke with someone there, they were great about it. When I was overcharged for one of my reservations, again, once I was able to get someone on the phone, they were great about getting a refund to me within a day. (On the flip side, I've dealt with national Enterprise customer service a couple of times and they were pretty useless. Seriously, just be patient and call the location directly. Keep in mind that you might have to call a few times before you're able to reach someone because they're likely dealing with people at the counter or cleaning cars, etc. Give 'em 15 minutes and try again. If they don't pick up, give 'em another 15 minutes.) Was there room for improvement on my experiences? Sure. But every time I've been there, there was A LOT of room for improvement on the customer side too. Folks need to take a step back and a deep breath.

The young guy didn't write down what I said, got it back there was still an issue verified that it was what I said originally and brought it back.
