I told them what I needed repaired and they spent over two hours searching for something else only to finally repair what I had told them to start with. Their solution was to abandon the line and slice into an adjacent good feed. So now my switches are no longer independent. Not what I wanted. I do not recommend unless you have lots of money to give away and no clue about wiring. I know too much to pay for pointless troubleshooting shooting that gave no results and replacement of perfectly good new parts. We will see how good their warranty is if it fails. Also, I was not provided with a reciept, so still wondering what the breakdown of the charges was

Most recently I had them scheduled a month in advance to install new landscape lights. They did not appear as scheduled, but after calls came two days late. They then dug a 20 foot trench, removed both old inoperable light and perfectly good lights and departed leaving the open trench for 7 days until I filled it in myself. They said that the new lights were unavailable due to "supply chain' problems. But why did they dig the trench without the supplies? And even after repeated calls and promises to return and either install conduit or below ground wiring and close the trench they did nothing. Promises to these guys mean nothing. I would not recommend

I highly recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant experience with an electrical company to call…read moreJC Electric. I have called on some other electrical companies before and was disappointed with the initial call, the pricing, the service itself...for example sending out an inexperienced technician by himself before he was ready, no eye contact, no good explanations of job process, just wham bam thank you mam attitude and out the door. Calling JC Electric was the best call I could have made, it was the difference between night and day! I am an older woman who lives alone and I was anxious having a strange man in the house. When they knocked on my door, the first thing I saw was good eye contact, a smile, followed by a greeting, an introduction and a firm hand shake. That little bit of extra effort goes a long way at putting you at ease. Every step of the process was professional starting from the initial contact with a very pleasant receptionist, to the extremely quick turn around time, to job completion.I was very impressed with the excellent customer service of all the team members working together efficiently like a finely tuned machine. JC Electric is an amazing company that has everything going for them, excellent customer rapport, efficient and timely service calls and very reasonable pricing. I must say the entire team went above and beyond to meet my needs in a friendly and pleasant manner. I couldn't be a happier customer!!! I will definitely be calling on JC Electric for my next project.
