I told them what I needed repaired and they spent over two hours searching for something else only to finally repair what I had told them to start with. Their solution was to abandon the line and slice into an adjacent good feed. So now my switches are no longer independent. Not what I wanted. I do not recommend unless you have lots of money to give away and no clue about wiring. I know too much to pay for pointless troubleshooting shooting that gave no results and replacement of perfectly good new parts. We will see how good their warranty is if it fails. His inspection was so thorough, and he explained everything to me in terms that I could understand. He even came armed with filters, which he installed for me while he was at it. I have been a DIxie Care customer since moving here, and I have been very pleased with the service. The best part is that all of the technicians seem to know a little bit about each others area, which is helpful in coming up with a solution. Also, when I do need help, I get priority treatment because of my DIxie Care membership.
