The swelling and itching was pretty bad. I never had anything like that before and then after that happened the bleach used for the highlights completely fried my hair and it would shed and my hair was dry and frizzy. All of my natural curls were gone. It took about a year before my hair returned to normal and got my curls back. I will never go back to a salon again. It's too expensive to have your hair done and it looked bad from the damage.

Everything is bright, beautiful, trendy, and welcoming. On top of being beautiful, Lyndi is so so sweet, easy to talk to, and does an amazing job on my hair every single time. You know you got a good haircut when you can go months without returning and it STILL looks good. Lyndi is one of the best colorists I've been to as well. I always LOVE my hair after I see her. Abbi is also the sweetest ever and so fun to chat with during your appointment. After the color - while my hair was wet I noticed the roots were a bit lighter than the rest. I told the stylist I didn't think the color was right. She said if you go home and then decide the color is wrong you can come back and we'll fix it for free - I want you to be happy with it etc.. After giving it a few days and washing/styling myself - It wasn't right. I called and told the stylist I liked the cut fine but the color wasn't quite right. It was going to be no problem and we made an appointment to fix it. An hour before my appointment the stylist called and said the owner had stated because I requested the demi-color (semi-permanent) and approved the hair swatch I would have to pay for any additional color. Hmmm? Something is wrong with this picture - isn't the stylist the expert and shouldn't they fix what's not right? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Not only did the owner make the stylist do the 'dirty work' and tell me - but she is running a business with the worst customer service practices I have ever seen. Please warn anyone you know NOT TO GO TO POSH SALON in Evans!!!! Or if they do - they should know how the salon treats their new clients.

I went in for a simple face framing and layers and when I was done it was the worst salon…read moreexperience I've ever had. The stylist seemed completely unsure of what she was doing from the moment I sat down. She didn't explain anything, didn't ask clarifying questions, and her technique honestly made me question whether she was properly trained. Throughout the appointment, she chopped unevenly, and kept looking away like she didn't know what to do next. By the time she finished, my hair looked nothing like what I asked for I had uneven layers, choppy ends, and she cut off the front of my hair to almost a blunt bob leaving me with a haircut my 8 year old brother would have done better. I felt uncomfortable and she couldn't comprehend what I said the entire time, and the lack of professionalism was obvious.I left beyond disappointed, frustrated, and wishing I had gone somewhere else. I definitely won't be returning ever.

I asked the lady to "clean it up" and I walked out with basically a buzz cut :/ she kept cutting more than I asked and was getting upset with me because I didn't give a five page essay on how I wanted my hair to be cut. I asked her to fade the sides and clean the top... any time I ask for that, it's exactly what you would expect.. not a buzz cut the lady was super nice but I'm sorry, they did not do a good job at all... kids cuts and buzz cuts are what they specialize in :/ take it or leave it
