When I contacted the florist, I was told that the arrangement delivered was in fact what I ordered. Attaching photos, you be the judge. I would never have spent $$$$ for a "deluxe" floral arrangement with just a few flowers and leaves artlessly dumped into a vase. I'm speechless that this is how they conduct business.

I had already called a couple other florists who were either closed or the not deliver on Sundays or had a cut off time for same day delivery. Not only were they able to help me out and get the flowers delivered, But they seemed genuinely happy to be able to help me out. And after talking to a couple other places who to be grudgingly told me they did not wish to do business with me, it was such a breath of fresh air because I could tell that I was talking to a friend and neighbor. I had heard good things about this place before and friend had recommended it to me, and I am so glad that I finally Gave them a try myself. Very highly recommended.

He ordered the "Magical Admiration", 2 balloons, a card, and a teddy bear. The flowers were terrible, they look NOTHING like the picture listed. The arrangement ordered and the arrangement received look NOTHING alike!! I feel duped! I have doubts an actual floral designer made the arrangement. I am certain that I would have been happier having a family member purchase an arrangement from Publix and delivering them to her for me. Of course, my mother was tickled to receive flowers on her birthday and has no idea what I had wanted her to receive. But I'm not happy and will never order from Sea Island Flowers again!

The flowers were delivered in a timely fashion, however the entire theme was changed. Did not arrive in a basket but a clear glass vase. The flowers were completely different than what was pictured online. If products are not available then they should not be displayed online for purchase. When we went back online they do have a disclaimer about substitutions. We emailed them but they just referred to the disclaimer. In my opinion it was a big bate and switch. I understand changing flowers due to season, but placing them in a clear vase and not a basket was a big disappointment. A phone call or email would have been appreciated if the theme was not available. We did not know until our friends emailed us a pic with a thank you then we realized what was done. In my opinion I can not recommend this florist for your next event.
