I've waited on 7 @ 8 hour visits, seriously 8:00-5:00 is their service window (2 of them no Shows) by Sears Home Services, subbed out to A & E Appliance... now the GE Engineers have come up with pull the machine out, see if it is the hoses squeeling and it that don't stop it, place your hand on different parts of the machine to see if this stops the squeeling. The FIVE techs that have been here, couldn't do this... And oh by the way we will need you to pay A & E (the first service bill of $129), we didn't do anything wrong when we scheduled it and told them it was under warranty... Well you apparently did not. We will reimburse you the fee. Why don't you just pay it. BUY LG or WHIRLPOOL... JUST NOT A GE... THIS NON-SENSE HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR OVER 60 DAYS NOW and still no END in site yet.

In flooring, there was a wonderful associate whose name I regret not remembering--she patiently answered all our questions and helped us narrow down the overwhelming number of choices to find exactly what we were looking for. We also had a return that could have easily turned into a nightmare due to the wrong item being loaded, but Cookie--and I believe Tonya or Sonya--in customer service handled it with incredible patience and care, making sure everything was done correctly. Robbie in plumbing was equally helpful, pointing us in the right direction and sharing great information that helped us feel confident in our purchase. I know Lowe's sometimes gets a bad rap, but these employees truly stood out and made our experience a great one.
