Then when I call them they say they will mail me the 3 outstanding rods. When I received the package there were ZERO rods inside. They didn't even secure the package properly and they must have slipped out in transit. I called and they won't send me more as they say they are out of stock, yet on their website it is saying the product is still available in-stock. So now I have to order from amother company, weeks after my project was supposed to be finished. How hard is it to mail someone 4 rods? Obviously pretty hard for this pathetic company.

I have been with a "Fridgidaire" refrigerator that's not working properly for over 2 months. I waited for repair and got ghosted twice. When they showed, I had to wait 2 more weeks to order part that still doesn't work. I've decided We won't be buying appliances from Lowes. 2 1/2 months with no freezer. The washer wont shut off and I let home depot know my issue was not resolved. So I finally got a hold of someone at GE and they said this indeed is a defect and now have to have new parts put on a 1 week old washer and this is NOT RIGHT!!! HOME DEPOT!!!
