I was then informed the order would be remade and delivered, but another hour and a half passed without any delivery or update. When I called the store to request a refund, customer service was unhelpful and no real resolution was provided. I was told the refund had been processed and that proof would be provided, but I never received anything. It has now been three days and I still have not received the refund. Hoping management improves communication, accountability, and overall customer service.

There's a few booths and tables of you like to eat in, and it's especially nice when you find yourself walking down the Ave after doing a bit of shopping and then suddenly realize how hungry you are and then on the very next block you look up and find yourself at the entrance to Alex's. As far as the pizza goes... That's a no brainier I mean c'mon it's Alex's pizza. It's as original and yummy as it was from the day they first opened on the Avenue. Then there's those "rare" and only at Alex's fantastic taco subs which actually originated right there on the premises. Apparently they were a big hit cuz they eventually made their way onto the menu due to their popularity. Ps. When ordering taco subs be sure to ask for your sour cream on the side. It's better that way. So that's all I got. Those are my key takeaways. I hope this helps some of you who aren't familiar with Alex's. Lastly, a shout out to all you taco lover's, this is a chance for you to experience some delicious tasting tacos in a whole new way. What are you waiting for... Go on... Give it a go!!
