I wasn't sure what to expect but all the different ingredients made for an enjoyable bowl. The bread bowl also contributed by thickening the soup as it abosrbed the broth. The duck breast with smoked plum sauce was thick, cooked medium and very tender. There was a little too much sauce for me but I liked the different taste. They can make them gluten-free as well. In fact, the menu has a lot of options for those with dietary restrictions. They'll ask you right away if you have any allergies to certain foods.
