If I could leave 10 stars I would.. this all started because my 3 year old had cheap backings in her ear and was cutting off circulation to her lobe. (Piercing Vegas did not pierce them ). Kelsey was just absolutely amazing, removing the stuck earrings from her ear and educating my husband on proper ear wear. Unfortunately she told us we had to allow them to close because it was getting infected. Not wanting this to happen with our 15 month old, we picked titanium earrings with a backing that clasps in the earring itself .. it's flat on the back and does not come out. It worked out for a few months but the earring actually did come out for whatever reason. I came back and she replaced the earring without cost. Piercing Vegas is so professional and I believe they have the highest standards in education and customer service. read more

I have been coming to this piercing shop since 2023, and in that time I have 10 piercings done. All my piercings are done by Scott, he's my piercer. I am so happy I found him...i found him on YouTube, he does educational videos on all different types of piercings. I love watching and learning from him, and of course from there I have been getting some of the piercings. i had a really great experience here with the piercer Scott!! i had come in to get my belly button piercing examined (pierced by a different shop, not Piercing Vegas) and it was just a really bad experience. Scott was so helpful in making me feel better about my piercing and was so knowledgeable about everything. Never come here!! The staff was so mean and made me cry. I just needed serious help and came in on whim. Then liked the place so much when they told me it was appointment only I placed an appointment online for later that day. I then got a bit lost when putting the gps back in. Called and the lady said I have 10 min. Made it in 11 and she refused to take me and kept me deposit. I just felt so looked past and not cared for. Dodged a bullet not being helped by them by non the less I hope thus never happen to another person. No grace from anyone anymore just a money grab. holy smokes, can i just say that i'm glad my love for this shop never left?! genuinely one of the best and welcoming places in town! on a random day i decided to impulsively get a piercing done and i remembered that piercing vegas was the last spot i got my piercing done. three years ago i got a medusa done by scott, but had to take out due to my daughter bumping into it and it rejected, i was devastated because i loved it so much. so i booked my appointment for a early saturday morning, i got there and did the paperwork they needed me to do, it isn't much to be honest it's quick, and immediately met kelsey. she took my to the back area where they have all their stuff and rooms, and woah i was loving how big this new place is for them! i picked out the jewelry i was looking for, kelsey did her stuff by doing all their standard things before getting my piercing done. kelsey has to be one of the nicest and coolest professionals i've met, she made me feel so welcomed and seen. she understood my nerves before getting my medusa and vertical labret we were talking and the conversation helped me out a lot with calming down my nervousness (i'm a wuss), she did her thing and pierced my two piercing to perfection. i couldn't be more grateful to find a spot where everyone from the owner to the rest of his team are perfectly, especially the shop. its clean, has huge selections to pick from, and is in a convenient location to get to. so thank you kelsey, scott and everyone else for making this experience great. i cannot wait to make a appointment soon for other piercings i plan to get! read more

Awesome place! Kelsey was the best piercer. My daughter and I had our nostrils pierced in celebration of her 40th birthday (me because I've always admired nose piercings). Kelsey helped us pick out the best nose ring to match what we wanted, she explained every step of the procedure, was friendly and professional. She is very knowledgeable and gentle. As an after thought, I asked her if she would open my closed earlobe holes. She inspected them, and only 2 of the 5 needed to be opened. Her honesty about the open holes is great customer service. This is five-star review because of my experience start to finish! Ahead of our trip to Vegas, I decided to triple pierce my ears (I already had double piercing). I searched online and Piercing Vegas came up right away. The ease of scheduling an appointment online PLUS the amazing reviews gave me total confidence in my upcoming experience. I arrived and explained I was a breast cancer survivor. I wanted pink earrings for my piercings. No problem! They had cases of jewelry with so much variety. Right on time, Scott brought me and my fiancé back to a piercing room. He was the kindest, most compassionate person. Scott said he was thrilled to be piercing a breast cancer warrior. This place is amazing!! My boyfriend and I came here to celebrate our anniversary and to get some cool new piercings together and I'm so glad we came here. This place is ah~mazing! It is very clean, welcoming, professional and has beautiful jewelry at reasonable prices. Parking was a cinch. Kelsey was able to seamlessly remove my Marilyn piercing jewelry, that the skin inside of my mouth had grown completely over. The medical doctors that I saw to address it, were either scared to attempt this removal, or going to literally charge me thousands, over two visits. Not only was the process as painless as could be expected, but she was able save my piercing. I walked out with new jewelry in the same piercing, but without the anxiety that I arrived with.
