Just finished an 8 hour session with Hans. I could not be happier with the end result. Hans has some serious talent. Incredible art! On top of that, the shop is clean and well kept. Was here for the TWICE tattoo flash event and was greeted promptly. Each flash was $40, which is extremely reasonable. Due to the demand of flash tattoos and amount of fans in the Vegas area for the concert, the wait was a bit long, but I was able to get my flash done within 15 minutes of being seated at the chair. They also had some dances and goodies to give to the customers. Super nice staff and everything was super sanitary! I waited thirty years to get my first tattoo. And when I did come up with a design I wanted, considering the personal nature of it, I was afraid of how it would be received. I went on Yelp, and found the best reviews I could - and I landed on Seven. They paired me up with Mike Andrade, who really took his time getting it exactly right. He created an exact replica of what I wanted, and it's gorgeous. (No, I can't show it, 'cuz Yelp would permaban me.) Am I happy with them? Well, within three months, I went back for three more, and I've got an appointment there for my kid to get his first next week. I sent my friend in to get his done last week. So, yeah, pretty happy. Honestly, the best thing about this place was the price for Friday the 13. I checked in (waited in the car for 2 hours) then another 3 in the shop. The guy who worked on me (Daniel) worked for 12 hours they said.... he was VERY passive aggressive. He was kind of rude from the get go, but trying to get matching tattoos with my sister I tried to just stay positive and good vibes. But he kept making Comments that made me kind of uncomfortable. 1. Even though I personally shave, he didn't SHAVE ANY of the areas! I got 4 tattoos in different locations 2. He kept wiping my tattoo with A DRY PAPER TOWEL and I would say ow and flinch and he would make a face when I asked him to clean it with the alcohol because the dry napkin hurt he didn't care and rubbed my tattoo HARDER.... very weird 3. Did not ask if I like the placements of my tattoos or during the process did not talk to me or ask how I was doing.... and was REALLY rushing the tattoos... even if they are small... 4. When putting the stickers on after the tattoo. He didn't put them on right, they had thus xxx cover on them and where coming off about 10mins after leaving the shop I have had alot of tattoos in the past and honestly this was one of the badder experiences which sucks to say because I really wanted to have fun and have a great experience. The one good star is for the prices and the great attitude of EVERYONE else in the shop! I just got the grumpy guy who worked 12 hours I guess! Update: I was not told nicely to not move. I was standing still and was told "I can't do anything if you keep moving!" As I was completely still. My sister came with me and witnessed this passive aggressive treatment..... To be clear I was not upset about the wait time at all and was offered to come back at a later date but because I love out of state that was no longer an option and neither was a refund as I was told. So my only option was take the loss or wait. (Again, no problem waiting) but he was pretty rude (which I guess has nothing to do with the art) but even DURING the tattoo was being rude. I'm not looking for an apology because clearly that's the way he treat people.... but I would have definitely preferred any of the other artist because of his bad attitude. read more

Great shop, clean, comfortable and nice people. I had 3 pieces done at this shop by a guest artist (Fabio) ove the last two years and always have a good experience. Though I haven't had any work done by the permanent artist here, I have seen a bunch of there work and it's amazing. I highly suggest checking out all of their profile to see their art. I've been a long time customer of Daniel Rocha since he had his original shop on South Decatur Blvd. I fly in in from out of state for his unmatched artistic talent and vision. I first went to Daniel with the goal of covering up an old tattoo with a large angel piece that would cover the majority of my back. What was only a simple picture in my head turned out as a master piece that has far exceeded all expectations. I constantly get compliments on the level of meticulous detail and composition. My old tattoo is no where to be seen. I recently started my sleeve of an Aztec female and yes, it's breathtaking! It will eventually flow into the small corner of my shoulder that lays bare. As a person, looking to get as their first tattoo, I called around and visited a few shops. I can definitely say this place caught my eye. The quiet, clean, feeling they gave me just made me feel comfortable. The process was super smooth and the stuff was amazing. I really appreciated the family feel that I got when the owner introduced himself. I sat down and had a consultation with Samuel I sent a deposit we found a time that would work best and we got started on my project. I am super satisfied and can't believe how well it came out. I went from having zero tattoos to having a half sleeve in two days, Samuel had and amazingly light hand, and we got it done in two sessions. I really wish the staff matched their awesome decor. I had called because I had a question and was going to book for an appointment. It just rang. Came in about 30 mins later, but no one was up front. So we waited up front for about 10 mins. There was no way to grab their attention with a service bell or anything, but you can see through the shop. I could see both artists were working on clients and watching the tv while tatting. No problem. Trying to be patient. However, after a several attempts at signaling and saying something - they AND their clients all looked up at me and noticed I was waiting. The artists literally turned right back to watching tv and tatting. (Not a single head nod, "Hello", "Be right with you." None of that.) Um ok? So I decided to call while I was standing up front. No response. I called three times. One of the 'gentlemen' got up from his seat to start walking towards me, to acknowledge that there was an unassisted potential client up front, or at least I thought! The phone rang (which was me) and he stopped mid-stride to turn around and go pick up the phone (finally) and was answering the phone like he was really going to welcome in someone in any fashion. I let him know that he can keep walking towards me up front, because I was the one calling. The guy comes up front, extremely dismissive about ignoring any and all of my attempts to contact and contract these people. He said that the he "literally cannot talk to anyone". That the "receptionist sets the appointments and charge so the artists are prohibited from communicating with walk-ins" and "come back when the receptionist gets back." I suggested they at least acknowledge someone when they come in. Again dismissive and very condescending. So, I told him I'd meet him on Yelp. Smells like nothing but CYA excuses to me but fine, whatever. SOME amount of acknowledgment when someone calls, AND walks in, trying to give you money, would be appreciated, I'm sure by most, if not all. ANY amount of professionalism, especially once confronted with it, could and would have prevented this unfortunate rating. read more

I got a nostril piercing while I was out of town two days ago. My stud was too small and the post too short, so it became embedded into my skin. Jay helped me out with inserting a longer post that's slightly thicker than my original piercing. It was pretty painful to insert the new post, not gonna lie. This review is long overdue. A few years ago I got a really ugly tattoo on my back, I couldn't stand to stare at it. After doing some research, I came across Noelin Wheeler at Seven. He is one the best tattoo artists I have ever dealt with. Hands down. I contacted them inquiring about a cover up. This was my very first large piece tattoo as well, and I was really nervous. Noelin made my entire experience super comfortable. He's a really kind, outgoing, and open minded. During my initial session, we talked for hours and I felt very calm because of it. I gave him an idea of what I wanted for the cover up, and he was able to render the perfect visual for me. The detail he added was just gorgeous and I can't wait to go back and get my next one with him. I highly recommend, he is worth everything! read more

My experience would've been worse without your help. Your the only reason I didn't give 1 star. Went in for appointment to discuss what I wanted and what size. I showed him my concept art and the name. Told him I would want a mock up before we do it. After I showed him the size I wanted and asked how much He said "I can't give you a direct quote but probably $300 could be more could be less. We won't know until the day" thought that was weird but it's my first tattoo. Idk if that's standard so whatever. He said to send him the concept art to his Ig and he'll see me in a week. I was pumped to go in and know they had openings as soon as a week so that was cool. Nov 13th sent photos he requested for the "mock up" said it wouldn't be done till the end of the week. Nov 18th told him I got rescheduled for dec 2nd due to work issues and that I still haven't got the mock up from him but he has more time to get it done now. Nov 28th followed up with Miguel again and said I was getting worried cause it was almost dec 2nd and I haven't seen the mock up yet that ive been waiting on and I would like to see it so I know if we need to do any last minute changes. He responded "honestly I'll probably just free hand it that's not really something we do for a such a small tattoo. It'll take me maybe 45 min." Remember that part. Cause when I actually came in I got charged almost double than initially speculated I reminded him "Two Thursday's ago on the 18th you said it wouldn't be an issue." And that that was part of our agreement. He said "Okay ? Well I will most likely freehand the tattoo on you bro just like almost every lettering piece I do." And against my concerns I said ok that's fine. So I went ahead and just did the mock up myself cause there was no way in hell I was gonna just "freestyle" my first tattoo that was extremely important to the tribute of my best friends passing. When I went in I showed him my mock up and said this is what I want. The closest we can get to this the better. So he drew it up in about 20 min but decided to make the "R" different than what I had. I told him I didn't like the "R" like that and he said "well if you want it exactly like that then I can just print it out and put it right on you. Which is exactly what I had said 20 minutes prior. I was extremely confused why he just did that but in retrospect it could've been to just get more time with me so he could get more money but who knows. It did almost double my time with him so that would make sense. So he printed out my design. I told him he printed it out too small and to remember I want it to cover my bicep. Then after he printed it out he said he would get the price before we put it on from the front. So I decided to walk to the front so I could be there when he spoke with the front. Turns out that was bullshit. He set the price and he set it $200 higher ALMOST double the price as what he initially speculated. When I first spoke to him and told him about the size of my design and what I wanted he said "probably around $300 but it could be more it could be less we won't know until the day of" when I told them that was ridiculous they said "well it's because you want it bigger" wrong. I didn't want it bigger than I had originally told him I wanted it bigger than what he had printed out my design at. After going back and forth for 5 minutes I just thought to myself. Ok. I can bounce and say screw cause the way he got the extra money out of me was EXTREMELY BAD business practices but if I did that I'd lose out on my $100 deposit and would have to find somebody else and wait possibly another month. So I said screw it and ended up paying $500 for a tattoo that in his words was "so simple" and he was right cause he had it done in literally 30 min. I love my tattoo. I think Miguel has a good future with lettering. The kid needs to learn better business practices. read more

I got my tattoo about 6 months ago and let me just say, hands down, this is my favorite place that I've gotten tattooed at. I heard about this studio from a coworker of mine and basically started lurking at all the amazing tattoo artists. For the piece I had in mind, I came across Robbie Pina and loved his work instantly. Booked a consultation with Robbie and was in contact with him, as well as Anna, who by the way was the sweetest and easy to talk to in person and in email. Consultation with Robbie was pretty easygoing because he suggested gnarly ideas for the floral design and I was pretty much up to anything he designed. Day of the tattoo, pretty much was excited and got straight to it. My friend came and sat with me because he's never seen anyone get tattooed and everyone was pretty chill about it. My tattoo took about 2-3 hours. The line work, design and dot work that Robbie achieved is legit and hella clean. I can't wait to come back here and get another tattoo! I live in San Diego and fly to Vegas to get tattoos done by Ryan Jenkins. My wife and I were both tattooed in November by him. He redid aside tattoo that I had. A little story behind the side tattoo. The first time I got it it took about six hours to get done. It was exactly the piece that I wanted but, unfortunately, the detail that I was expecting was just not there. After seeing Ryan's work I asked him if he could help me out and get the detail into the tattoo that I wanted, also, freshen it up a bit. The pain and time of having to re-tattoo my ribs was absolutely worth it. Due to the detail created by Ryan it took two sessions. The level of professionalism and creativity implemented into my tattoo was well worth it. I wasn't expecting two sessions but I had underestimated the amount of detail that needed to be put into the tattoo. Ryan wasn't trying to extend my sessions to make me more money, he was trying to make my tattoo the best it could be. He is an amazing artist and I fully trust him in his creativity and application. The shop is full service. You're paying for the best and that's what you get in the end. These guys/ladies are artists, the shop is clean and modern. If you want a rushed tattoo go somewhere else. They take their time in the details and it shows. They are usually booked solid for a few months. So be smart and plan ahead, especially if you're coming from out of town. Beautiful artwork... horrific customer service. I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment and waited an hour and a half before the artist even came out to greet me. I had yet to see his design, which I was told via email never gets shown until the day of. The design he showed me looked nothing like what I asked for. I expressed this and he was instantly irritated. Reminded me that in the disclaimer designs cannot be changes day of and I'd have to forfeit my deposit..... so you want me to tattoo something on my body that I've never seen??? Ridiculous. He then took a half hour to redo the design to my liking and tattooed me. Hindsight, I should have said screw my deposit and left. read more
