During my walk-in appointment, I filled out my information and signed a waiver, and then had to wait at the studio for my name to be called. Because it was a walk-in, and not an actual appointment I waited for about an hour because there were several people ahead of me. You're able to book appointments online, and would not have to wait for this long if you made an appointment! If you're ever thinking about doing a walk in, definitely try to get there early. Jade was so lovely and kind and communicative. I've gotten many piercings in my lifetime, and was doing a very simple lobe piercing, but even so, she made me feel so comfortable and communicated everything she was doing every step of the way. She was very thorough and gave me her contact information if I had any questions afterwards. I got some of the saline solution they provide there as well. They had some really cute options for piercings! I upgraded to the stars/moons piercings because they were so cute. Some of their cheaper options come with the price of the piercing. My manger at the Layton Hills mall in Utah "Sarah Hartey" , had cut my hours out of nowhere so I asked her what was going on since we have hired a new girl yesterday and she already had more hours than I did and she haven't even been "trained" yet. She then proceeded to go downstairs to claire's to grab the assistant manager down there, with still no explanation. She comes back upstairs with the assistant manager from Claire's and tells me that people around the mall have been saying that I haven't been greeting customers which is completely false. I asked her who had been saying that and Sarah said that the assistant manager from Claires said that I didn't greet her when she walked in. Which was correct but I was actively checking out the customer and I didn't wanna cut them off and just to say hi to someone that worked here and knew what she needed in the back. I had asked her who else had been saying that and Sarah said no one else! Later that day, the Claire's assistant manager came back upstairs after Sarah had left and told me that she had no clue what Sarah wanted to talk to me about. And said that she had no part in this or what Sarah wanted her for upstairs . I tried contacting sarah's higher up. Her name is Camilla, I emailed her once, and she sent me an email back with complete gibberish that dosnt make sense. Then I proceeded to email her four more times without any response. And STILL no response, this is absolutely ridiculous and the fact that I can't even talk to someone about the situation because everyone that works at icing and Claires is immature.

Bear was so dope, I was a little anxious so I snapped at him during the process but it was fine. His apprentice, I forgot her name but she was the sweetest. Helped with explaining aftercare and told me to sit down if i needed it. Got it done monday, and it obviously hurt the day of. Not too bad, just a pinch. The rest of this week though its been fine! No pain at all, the only times were when I hit it. I saw so many pictures of belly piercings while they're healing and I thought that it would be red and sore and crusty the days after, but its not. Not even red now. I LOVE it. The process was kind of funny, he tried talking me through it so I wouldn't anticipate it and I said a few things that I hardly remember.
