Pierce Township Park is a quaint little park that I loved to visit when I was a child. The playground there has plenty to do, including a rolling slide. You know where the slide has these pins that all roll when you slide down it. My friend, when we were younger, had the brilliant idea of climbing up it and in turn busted out his front teeth when he fell on it.
I was able to escape such a fate, and have always really enjoyed the walking paths on both sides of the road. That is, the park is actually on both sides of the road. On the other, lesser side is a great field and a basketball court with some of the most unforgiving hopes I've ever played on. The walking path on that side is great as well, less wooded and more in a field, but still great. read more
