I was happy to see she had a nice selection of piercing jewelry--not just the basic studs. She even had my 2mm stud that I wanted. Waiting on a spot in line gave me ample time to decide on what jewelry and where. The guy employee was very nice and patient with our questions. Katie moves fast so it wasn't long. Both the guy (Chris?) and Katie made us comfortable. Katie consulted with me quickly regarding my existing piercings, what I was getting, and what I may consider in the future. After, we were all smiles and out of the door. I did have a lot of blood (my only piercing so far that's done this.). While I'm not a newbie to piercing, I think we, especially my friend who only had one other piercing from childhood, could have benefited from some after care instructions. I was told to come back later on in the week for another session. When I arrived on time again he had me wait while he "ran errands". Then after an hour of waiting the artist was doing everything else but my tattoo. Had multiple people coming in and out of the shop with no masks on. The artist left with his friend while I was waiting in lobby. Even his friends that were coming in and out of the shop were asking when was he going to work on my tattoo. I arrived at 6:30 and got tired of waiting while and left at 11:00PM while he just sat in tattoo room with the door closed. I attempted to reach out to the artist but kept getting the run around about getting another appointment. I ended up just asking for my money back for the second tattoo and the artist didn't want to give my money back. The artist was very conniving and told me the $650 I gave him for the tattoo was non-refundable. Im currently working on a small claims to receive my money back. Learn from my mistake and take your business elsewhere.
