I have 13 piercings, and this the ONLY time I have been DISPLEASED to the point to where I had them REMOVE it. The piercer was young and CLEARLY needed more experience and did not communicate what she was doing . She then inserted the needle wrong, removed it, and re did it. Blood constantly GUSHING to my ear without a paper towel in sight. I began to tremble and whence to the point I had to ask her to stop. Maybe she was too deep. When she was done and I finally looked in the mirror...IT WAS CROOKED. Now you may be wondering "What piercing was she getting?" a surface tragus. Now I got two big holes that better heal AND I got my receipt. Btw I paid $100 for the most traumatic experience of my life. read more

JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH HER!! Go somewhere else where the care! I came in about 6 months ago and my both lips pierced. Had a great experience really enjoyed the piercer. She was just starting to do surface piercing with staple bars on the chest and we talked quite a bit about them. She was even practicing on herself. I've been looking forward to coming and getting one. I just called and talked to the piercer on duty. Maybe she's a new one but she was extremely rude. I asked what size bar she had and she had a whole attitude. When I explained I wanted a staple bar because all the research I did said those were better she got even ruder and acted as if I was trying to school her on something. Even though you're not supposed to use a curved bar for surface piercings!!! She was extremely rude when I said I wanted something else. I even had to explain I was just trying to have a conversation about the jewelry. There was absolutely no reason for her to have such a sh!tty attitude! I always come here for my tattoos. And have recently come in 2017 for my nose piercing. Love this place, staff are friendly, everyone's very knowledgeable. And After my piercing, I got lots of recommendations for places/sites to get hypoallergenic jewelry, I got a can of saline spray (I paid for it, but it was worth it), and I also got a jewelry change after a few weeks which was painless. Let me start by saying that they ONLY ACCEPT CASH. Which is the most annoying thing ever. I'm a bartender now so it's not too bad but when I first started going here , I never carried cash on me. I got my first 6 tattoos from Russell. There are only TWO artists in this shop which makes NO SENSE. So if you walk in and they both are doing a tattoo, you might as well turn around and go home. My first 2 were in 2016 and then the next 4 were last year in October. He was always professional until last year. He did a tattoo for me that needed a little shading and I didn't realize it until I got home. He said he would fix it for free but after about a month, he stopped answering my calls and I think he even blocked me. In December, I came back despite being ignored for a month straight. I came for a lower back tattoo and a wrist tattoo. Russell was NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. He was MIA, even the receptionist couldn't get in touch with him. That was my last straw, so I took my business elsewhere. I went to red octopus in morning side and I've gotten 4 tattoos from them since them. Much bigger and more artists to choose from. I got my nose piercing done by this shop approximately a year ago. The first time I got in there, the bald-headed guy with the small beard said that they only accept cash. I thought that was strange (This shop is in the mall, and you only accept cash in the year 2016- That's ridiculous). During the process of the nose piercing, the same guy was very professional and was patient with my fear of piercing. The procedure was pretty sterile. They did not sell any cleaning products for piercing. I went home and about a week later, the piercing came out. I discovered that the nose piercing was too loose. I went to the same guy again and he re-inserted my nose pierce with minimum charge. Two weeks later, it came off and it was loose again. I came back a third time, and the same guy brushed me off and said, I had to pay the full price if I wanted him to re-insert again. He also replied that he got other customers to attend too. I don't know why he said that noting that there was only one customer. I had to buy straight bone nose piercings to maintain the hole in my nose. This was very upsetting and frustrating for me as the customer. Clean store, but very poor customer service. I thought to myself, why should I pay again for your mistake in not tightening my nose piercing. That same guy was rude and I will never come back to this shop again for piercings! read more
