Piehouse donated two pies to a local animal rescues charity bake auction and they both looked so delicious! I went in to pick up the pies and this is the CUTEST little Pie-house, so true to its name!! They had some of the most delicious looking creations in their case and the inside was one of the cutest and coziest places I have ever been to! It's truly something out of a fairytale reminding me of the tea shop from the HP books!! Everyone was so friendly and I was helped right away, even being asked a second time if I was being helped!! The chef herself was at the front, so this is truly a locally owned and loved place!! I went home with the apple crumble pie after the auction and it was so delicious and flaky and butter, I cannot wait to come back in to try all their yummy desserts and enjoy a nice afternoon in a cozy little local shop!!! I 100% recommend checking this place out not only for their delicious food and cozy atmosphere but because they gave back to their community and that alone deserves to be celebrated!!!

Hands down, one of the most adorable bakeries. You walk in and are immediately transformed to a local small town old school vibe. The entire place is decorated with nostalgic items from spice cans to rolling pins and cake stands. You can spend an hour just looking at the decor. They have three cozy seating nooks, each with a couch and chair, then they have a few small tables and a large table to accommodate a party of any size. They post their daily menu on social media each morning. You can purchase whole pies, cakes, and quiches or by the slice. We had a chocolate croissant, a flaky jalapeño cheddar scone, and the heavenly German chocolate cake slice. A lot of bakeries in the States are heavy-handed on the sugar in their treats. Piehouse is not that way. Sugar doesn't overpower the baked goods. You can really taste each ingredient. They were continuously baking and bringing things out while we were there. They also offer coffee and espresso drinks. I was leery about getting my café au lait from a bakery, but it was top-notch. They offer oat and almond milk for your coffee drinks. They also have sugar-free options if you order in advance. Great service, there were three people working the register and serving. They also offer soups, sausage gravy, and pot pies with their sweet offerings. If you get a scone, be sure to ask for their jam on the side. They have hot honey on the tables to use.

If you are looking for a nice small place to enjoy a slice of heaven. Then look no further than this bakery offers some amazing pies. We tried the peanut butter and coconut cream and both were amazing. They were priced for what you would expect and the servings were perfect. If your party is more than 3, I would think about taking these to go unless you don't mind sitting in different areas. We will definitely be back.

Ummm the best pie I've ever had. The crust is like that family recipe you can never get right but your great grandmother did. It's like that. Highly recommend the starberry pie, the apple pie, any of the scones, the chicken pot pie, and pretty much anything honestly. Super sweet owner and you can tell the staff loves her. Love the inside too! You can bring your puppy if you want as they have treats and water. You can read a book in there too! So cute and well thought out.

Raw scone as well as the cake slice I purchased was dry. Service was fine but won't be recommending.

Emerging into this wooden sanctuary feels like stepping straight into the mossy, ethereal universe of folklore and evermore. Before finding this respite, I felt like I was an old cardigan under someone's bed, but the crisp air instantly breathes life back into my weary bones. It is a marvel humbled by the canopy. They were perfecting mushroom coffee long before the trend, crafting an earthy brew that grounds you to the soil. The baristas master their craft with a warmth that proves they never be so clever, you forget to be kind. Astonishingly, even the restrooms conjure the pristine, rugged charm of a national park in the best possible way! Others try to fake this rustic magic, but I think I've seen this film before, and I didn't like the ending. Here, authenticity is firmly rooted in the trees. In my American Literature course, I challenge my students to analyze the experience of place. Airship is the living embodiment of that literary device, a poetic escape where the environment shapes the soul.

I need REAL coffee, quality and flavor! Plus I love to support local peeps! I am so glad we found Confident Coffee! First of all, I just looked for what was close and this was it... not to far off the freeway. However I feel like unless you know it's there, strangers to this area would definitely not see it. It's a hidden gem in a quiet plaza (at least on a Sunday afternoon) that didn't have many people around. I honestly couldn't tell if it it was open at first but luckily it was! Ohhhh I felt like we hit the coffee jackpot! The place was adorable! I loved the cell decor, the love plants, the cool vibes of the place and I knew I was going to get great coffee. They sold local syrups and cute items besides coffee and pastries. I ordered my drink which is 3 shots of espresso, a couple pumps of caramel sauce in it and a 2 oz of half and half. My daughters ordered caramel latte and a blueberry latte. They were made perfectly and the staff were amazing: beautiful, friendly and fun! I also loved that they had made a little box to write special notes to seniors in the area! I wish we had this in Texas because we would definitely be regulars

Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient, which made the experience even better, especially for a first visit. They were happy to answer questions and offer suggestions, and you could tell they genuinely care about their customers. I also loved the variety of items they offer. It is not just a typical coffee stop, there are so many options to choose from, making it easy to find something for everyone. Everything felt well curated and intentional. Overall, this coffee shop exceeded our expectations and made a lasting impression on us. I honestly wish we had a location like this in California because it would quickly become a regular spot for us. We will definitely be back the next time we are in the area and highly recommend stopping by if you have the chance.

Tucked away in Bentonville,…read morethis sanctuary feels removed from the clamor, a quiet refuge where you are entirely out of town yet perfectly in it. Airship is the undisputed original architect of the third wave coffee movement here, fiercely rooted in Bentonville and untethered from Fayetteville. It is a space steeped in the deep, untamed well of Northwest Arkansas history. Like a good Hemingway sentence, this place is stripped of all unnecessary noise, leaving only what is true and essential. I am a coffee traveler, wandering the globe seeking the perfect cup, and I say with absolute conviction that this location belongs in my global top ten. The pour overs here are a revelation, unmasked by pretense and meant to be savored black. It is a far superior experience to the polished, urban spectacle of Onyx. Airship delivers a profoundly better cup at a more affordable price, remaining firmly grounded in the down-to-earth soul of the craft. It is quality without the theater, a genuinely superior communion between water and bean in every conceivable way. The people breathing life into this operation are the true keepers of the flame. The staff possesses staggering knowledge of their trade, yet they carry it with the kind, friendly, unassuming grace of old friends. They are professional but wonderfully unpretentious, serving perfection with a rebellious, poetic warmth reminiscent of Patti Smith. They do not preach to you about the roast; they simply offer their craft as a gift, recognizing a fellow seeker across the counter. In a world rapidly losing its anchor to authenticity, Airship at the Pump House is damn near perfection. Mark Twain once wrote that you cannot depend on your eyes when your imagination is out of focus, but here, the vision of what coffee should be is crystal clear. It is a rare haven for purists who know the finest things are the least adorned. You will not find a more honest cup of coffee anywhere, making it an absolute triumph of substance that I will return to as long as the rivers run.
