Living in NWA for 12 years, I only recently discovered this gem last week. In the past week I have visited 3 times! First of all, the owner is a sweetheart! She is very hospitable and involved with her customers. Love that! Interaction and communication is key when running your own business. She nails it! Secondly, the inside is quite small yet there is seating in every corner and space available. From tables, to sofas, to cozy chairs, there is a quiet spot to enjoy your treats! There's even a water and food station for your fur babies! Now on to the main event...the pie! Wow! Just wow! From pie to cake to scones to tarts, I've tried them all! The raspberry cream is to die for! So sweet, creamy and they use real raspberries! I was in heaven at first bite! The lemon meringue pie is a close second with its bright freshness! Not overly lemony...Just right! The chocolate cake is super fudgey and rich! Pair it with a cold cup of milk and you've reached Heaven. The banana chocolate chip scone was good...but in my opinion much too sweet. Leave off the brown sugar/cinnamon glaze and it would be much better. The fruit tart was so flavorful and the fruit was fresh and just the right sweetness. If you like coconut cream pie, you've come to the right place! Creamy and the perfect consistency. The chocolate diner pie is rich and decadent with its lightly whipped topping and chocolate curls. Lastly the Southern Buttermilk pie was a first for me. I didnt know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. It was almost a custard like consistency but with a sour note...more lemony than I was expecting but good nonetheless. Next time I hope to try the more savory pies and quiches. Everyday there is a variety to choose from and their daily menu is always posted on their Facebook page. Oh! And the prices are fantastic considering you get a good size slice of pie! Big enough to share...if you're willing! I highly recommend this cute little bakery...in fact I insist on it! read more

The bakery was so beautiful and the staff were incredibly sweet and helpful! There were a lot of options to choose from and I love that they have daily menus as well as items that stay on the menu. The savory jalapeño scones with sausage gravy (have to ask for it) were incredible! Perfectly seasoned. The lemon blueberry scone was sweet crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. However. I found a hair in my jalapeño scone. A long one. They took it back and immediately apologized and gave me a free time, the cherry cheesecake which I took to go. When I took two bites I looked down and saw another hair. In the cheesecake. Not sure what's going on with how they're making people address their proper kitchen attire but two hairs in two items in the same purchase.... This is our third or fourth time here. Every time has been an out of this world savory carnival for my mouth. The chili relleno quiche is to die for. Husband always gets the chicken pot pie and it is so delish. The amount of sweets available will hit everyone's taste if you aren't looking for savory. They make a good mocha also! They greet you with a smile and the owner is always out and about to make sure your experience is epic. We have been in this area for about 10 years and this is our favorite spot! When you walk in, you are greeted also by everything baking and kitchen. There is a shelf of pie birds and a sign to educate you on the importance and history. Piehouse donated two pies to a local animal rescues charity bake auction and they both looked so delicious! I went in to pick up the pies and this is the CUTEST little Pie-house, so true to its name!! They had some of the most delicious looking creations in their case and the inside was one of the cutest and coziest places I have ever been to! It's truly something out of a fairytale reminding me of the tea shop from the HP books!! Everyone was so friendly and I was helped right away, even being asked a second time if I was being helped!! The chef herself was at the front, so this is truly a locally owned and loved place!! I went home with the apple crumble pie after the auction and it was so delicious and flaky and butter, I cannot wait to come back in to try all their yummy desserts and enjoy a nice afternoon in a cozy little local shop!!! I 100% recommend checking this place out not only for their delicious food and cozy atmosphere but because they gave back to their community and that alone deserves to be celebrated!!! read more

What a gem! We've been driving by this place sin e we moved to the area a few months ago, and finally decided to stop in today. Wow! The selection is large and incredibly varied, with croissants, cakes, scones, quiche, and several kinds of pies that I'd never seen before. And a coffee bar, as well. The owner was very friendly and answered all our questions, including how long they've been there - just since October, so if you haven't tried them yet, please do, so we can be sure they make it and stick around. The decor, for those who look at such, is an interesting collection of very old kitchen and baking utensils - rolling pins, egg beaters, colanders - as well as couple of very old appliances; an oven that looks to be from the early 20th century, and a very small Westinghouse refrigerator from probably the 1930s or 40s. And there's plenty of seating, including tables and chairs, plus several comfortable easy chairs and sofas, so you can relax and read for a while, or just chill with friends. Hands down, one of the most adorable bakeries. You walk in and are immediately transformed to a local small town old school vibe. The entire place is decorated with nostalgic items from spice cans to rolling pins and cake stands. You can spend an hour just looking at the decor. They have three cozy seating nooks, each with a couch and chair, then they have a few small tables and a large table to accommodate a party of any size. They post their daily menu on social media each morning. You can purchase whole pies, cakes, and quiches or by the slice. We had a chocolate croissant, a flaky jalapeño cheddar scone, and the heavenly German chocolate cake slice. A lot of bakeries in the States are heavy-handed on the sugar in their treats. Piehouse is not that way. Sugar doesn't overpower the baked goods. You can really taste each ingredient. They were continuously baking and bringing things out while we were there. They also offer coffee and espresso drinks. I was leery about getting my café au lait from a bakery, but it was top-notch. They offer oat and almond milk for your coffee drinks. They also have sugar-free options if you order in advance. Great service, there were three people working the register and serving. They also offer soups, sausage gravy, and pot pies with their sweet offerings. If you get a scone, be sure to ask for their jam on the side. They have hot honey on the tables to use. read more

I love pies. I really do and have had opportunities to try their quiche, peach pie, and pecan pie. All of the aforementioned tasted great, but what I also judge as to what makes quiches and pies great is the crust. Flaky, but not overwhelming is what the pie house does well, which makes the pies great because of the balance of textures of the tasty filling, with the nice crust to contrast it. Absolutely amazing gem in BV! Everything we had was fresh and mouth watering delicious!!! Super cute ambiance, and pet friendly even inside with dog water bowls plus treats. We got the chile relleno quiche, lemon blueberry scone(best most moist full of flavor scone I've ever had), pot pie, and cherry crumble bar. I cannot give enough credit for how incredibly amazing everything tasted and how packed with flavor everything was. Foodie heaven is this amazing little place! Wonderfully friendly staff as well! If it wasn't for one of the ladies that saw us walking our dogs outside that told us we could bring our dogs inside we may have never known about this amazing place! We tried the peanut butter and coconut cream and both were amazing. They were priced for what you would expect and the servings were perfect. Ummm the best pie I've ever had. The crust is like that family recipe you can never get right but your great grandmother did. It's like that. Highly recommend the starberry pie, the apple pie, any of the scones, the chicken pot pie, and pretty much anything honestly. Super sweet owner and you can tell the staff loves her. A discovered gem in Bentonville Arkansas. What a treasure of a find. Pie, cake, scones,brownies, quiche and much more. My favorite is the banana cream pie. OMG, it's the best ever with a flakey almost cookie like crust with fresh bananas and fresh cream. It's so freaking good. Love their almond cake, Texas sheet cake, German chocolate cake, key lime, berry pie and the banana chocolate chip scones with glaze are killer. You can't go wrong stopping by. All scratch made.
