I did request him to replace the 7 year old battery original to my car and he was happy to do it. He was pleasant, efficient and knew what he was doing. My day began being inconvenienced but the morning ended with me being able to go on my way to stock up with some groceries for our next snow storm and not having to worry about my little SUV not being in service. Gates Towing was incredibly accommodating. They worked with me to create a flexible plan: I picked up his keys during his break, left them in the car, and called them once everything was set. I was able to pay via credit card from a link they sent to my phone. Driver Justin went above and beyond by calling and texting me when he picked up the car, and again when it was safely dropped off at our chosen location. Ok,I live in 5 hours away. My daughter is a student at U of R. Her car battery died in the dead of…read morewinter and at 6am she called home and I told her she needed to call AAA road service to replace her battery. They came a hour later and didn't have a battery to replace the old one After a jump while the car was running she drove to auto zone and the guy puts in the battery for her. Not a good idea. The guy from auto zone put the old battery on top of the accelerator wire and broke a part. I called Jeff at 7:30 am and told me to tell her to go straight over and he would help her. My daughter could barely drive with the accelerator not working properly. But she got the car to Jeff and he found out the problem right away and fixed it for $10.00 I should have just gone to Mt Hope for the battery. I was glad to know they have a place to service the car when in need and before they make the 5 drive home they will take it to MT Hope for service.
