Not only did Andy fix my purse while I waited, he also asked if he could fix the other side of the strap to prevent the same thing from happening to it down the road. Andy was super friendly and efficient. Tina, his wife and co-owner, introduced herself and showed me the customization that she was doing on another customers purse. She had added a beautiful woven strap and tassels to it that were stunning. I have to say I am more than impressed with the work being done at the Cave Creek Saddlery and the customer service! Definitely a gem of a shop in Cave Creek!
