The bottom of the pizza was pale and seemed undercooked, so it lacked the crisp texture I was expecting. The ambience, however, did seem really nice. They have upstairs seating that overlooks the street, which could make for a nice spot if you're dining in. Overall, I understand busy shifts can be stressful, but customers should still be treated with courtesy and respect. Better customer service and more consistency in the quality of the pizza would go a long way. Based on this visit, I don't see myself returning.

Two months later, tried going with my fiance. 6:30pm reservation on a Sunday. We showed up ten minutes early, to try and be cordial in case it was busy again, like last time. We walked in to four full tables, and four that were clearly unbussed and still dirty. Three servers are handling the four tables. We're greeted, and the first thing we're asked is if we'd "be okay sitting at the bar?" We told them about our reservation, and we're asked to wait a few minutes... while the servers went back to their other customers. Immediate red flag. It's still loud and cold, inside, with the owner and two other BoH members handling food orders. After we told them again about our reservation, we asked if we could sit on the patio. Nodding at each other and pointing that none of the dirty tables inside still had been cleaned, whatsoever. The young server that finally sat us invited to go over the menu as she went to "find out who would be helping us, this evening." (It turned out to be her, with obvious reluctance on her face.) We then waited ten minutes, with room temperature water and another couple eating takeout pizza, directly from the box, five feet away from us... On a night we both had planned for weeks. She inevitably came back, and we Immediately told her we needed to leave. There's no reason why three servers can't handle that lax of a clientele volume, while also bussing their own tables. If you're dropping around $30 a person on dinner, with the literal business owner present behind the counter, that level of blatant laziness shouldn't even be possible. We'll try again on a day expected to be busy. They clearly need some fire under their asses, and it's not coming from where it should be.

The crust was perfectly crispy with just the right amount of chew, the flavors were incredible, and the toppings were so fresh. Every bite somehow got better than the last. I went in with high expectations after hearing so many good things, and somehow they still exceeded them. I was so full by the end that I was questioning all of my life choices... and I'd do it again without hesitation. If you're a pizza lover, this place is a must. I already can't wait to come back and try more of the menu. A little PSA if you're thinking about the Tuesday-Thursday all-you-can-eat special: Your eyes will get bigger than your stomach fast. Some of the pizzas are absolutely loaded with toppings and are way more filling than they look. Also, if you choose the all-you-can-eat option, you can't take leftovers home. This is a new pizza restaurant with a wonderful concept. Choose your own type of crust, sauce, and toppings or try one of their specialty pizzas. The ingredients are all fresh and the sauces are all made on site. You can be as traditional or as creative as you like. This is a wonderful, very reasonably priced restaurant. Sports fans will love the flat screen tv's. There is wine and beer available with frequent specials. (Check out Thirsty Thursday and Dollar Bud or Bud lite's during the playoff games!! I lived in Orlando for 4 years and now whenever I go back to visit, I will never order pizza from another restaurant. I don't speak Portuguese but I felt right at home ordering off of their English menu. The staff was top notch and sitting there watching them make the pizzas, makes you want to keep coming back to try every single one! I would love for Donato to order delivery from them one night and just see how he likes the food. Final note is that their delivery time is horrible. I usually order dinner later in the evening, but they would always deliver up until the moment that they closed. This restaurant policy is you have to order a half hour prior to the close of the restaurant to get a delivery which is ridiculous why I bother even doing that. If we have Uber eats and DoorDash, this really shouldn't be a problem . Consider this a warning!!!

It felt like a high profile place. I was have expecting Tony Soprano to be eating in a corner booth with some of his buddies. It was nice. Service was also excellent. We had a nice guy who was actually from Italy. All of our needs were met all night. As for the food, it was very solid. I ordered both the Fresco Pizza (Fresh mozzarella, pizza sauce, prosciutto di Parma & arugula) and the Sacchetti Tartufo Pasta (Pocket flower pasta stuffed with truffle cheese served with a creamy mushroom white sauce). Pizza was very good! A nice, big crust with a nice chew, a literal ton of toppings, and good flavors in this classic pizza. Meaty meat, bitter arugula, and the pops of slightly salty parm. Just very good stuff. There are very few things better than an indulgent bowl of delicious pasta. These put little gift baggies were stuffed with a truly decadent truffle cheese, and the additional umami of the mushroom sauce make it so deep with flavor. I hope you're ready for this gluttony.
