The receptionist submitted the wrong lab test order to the lab technician when I checked in for my scheduled lab appointment. As a result, I had to go back for more blood to be drawn, costing me more time and money. This is not the first costly mistake that I've experienced here, nor, sadly has it been the last. There appears to be little to no communication among the office staff. No one can answer any questions, even simple, general questions that would normally be handled by competent office staff. Instead, the patient is handed off to someone else, who in turn either can't or won't answer questions either. The onus is on the patient to figure out their processes, yet asking questions to understand that process or to try to resolve an issue, is actively discouraged through rudeness and passing the patient off to someone else for an elusive answer that never comes. No one listens to understand what the challenge is, nor do they show any interest or initiative in resolving the actual issue. Solutions are non-existent and, as a result, the quality of care has deteriorated significantly. The problem appears to lie with the office staff rather than the nurse practitioners, who seem to be competent and capable. Perhaps better training for your office staff on clear processes, problem resolution, and setting of expectations will prevent more patients from leaving before you no longer have a viable practice.

What I saw was that the parking lot was packed and as I walked into the clinic, it was equally as packed. No social distancing. I was completely stunned by the unprofessional and complete disregard for patient safety. I mean I have been to doctor visits at hospitals and clinics and dentists offices during COVID-19 in Atlanta and all of them have enforced mask wearing and mandatory temperature Checks and social distancing. Not only that, there is usually a limit of 2-3 people in the waiting rooms the same size as this ortho clinic's waiting area. As people came in, the receptionist may or may not take your temperature and even the receptionist wears her mask under her nose. I mean what the heck is going on here?!!! Did these medical professionals not take oaths to care for their patients?!!! They got one star because at least all patients were wearing masks. I highly suggest you avoid this place for your safety and others. What a complete disappointment and disregard for Georgians' health. Shame.

After asking the receptionist if there were doctors onsite at the other clinics she advised there were but they were just about to call me back. Which they finally did.
