I'm a fan of the Signature Salad (lettuce, steamed chicken breast, sweet potato, eggplant, sultanas, sliced almonds, and peas) and the Smoked Salmon (lettuce, tomato, boiled egg, fetta, olives, sunflower seeds and capers).
