The staff was super friendly. My mom enjoyed her fish and fries and the large portions. My brother enjoyed his fish and okra but thought the okra was a little under seasoned. Sadly for me they don't have fresh brewed iced tea. We all ordered tea and barely liked it. If you are a soda drinker they have a local brand to try.

Grab the handrail and carefully walk down the stairs to the canyon floor. At the bottom, looking up to the street level, two thoughts come to mind. One, this would be a great place to eat a burrito during a tornado. And two, canyons are subject to flash flooding, so check the weather before you go down. The most unique restaurant layout that I have ever seen. Behind the counter was a very helpful, friendly young lady that took our order. My wife had her mind set on a burrito with barbacoa. Build it the way you want it. As the giant tortilla slides down the assembly line, point and holler what you want in it. Many options, and they are very generous with the portions. I'm not sure what all she selected, but the baby had grown unmanageable. No longer a hand-held meal. Get a fork and knife. Delivered to the counter, a healthy new born sized burrito, swaddled in brown paper and resting comfortably in a burrito bassinet. Check the pictures. I have not had nachos in a long time. Which meat? The young lady gave me a sample of the birria. Excellent, but I chose to go with the barbacoa. The nacho boat floated down the same assembly line until it was filled to an unsafe capacity of my choices, and then covered with their hottest salsa. Pick a table, park the food, hit the soda dispenser, grab forks and napkins and let the feast begin. Great food, friendly service, gut bustin' portions, at Rafa's Burrito Canyon PS. The other beginning with a C with Hit and Miss service and then you have here which most of my visits as well as my co-workers have always had nothing but raving talkatives about this establishment. The ambience is wonderful and here is where you want to take a date. From the almost Edison type lights that are on top to the brick wall with a nice historical accent and the ceiling tile of decorative nature. I've tried the hamburger here as well as well as the eggs benedict and they have been on spot. The hamburger is not fried on the grill you can actually taste the charness on it from a grill and the yolks on the egg to Benedict is not overcooked it has that nice runny yolk that we all like and a buttery dream hollandaise sauce that's hard to beat. Price is medium to medium high but look at the ambience of this place you will not get too much of that in this small town enjoy it while you are here. Parking might be a little challenging at peak times because you are parking on the street. When you are tired of the mediocre to bad service as well as the food at the other Steakhouse come over here and find yourself not being disappointed. This is coming from my point of view as well as about four other co-workers that have been to both places. OH, I forgot their address I decent looking bar with a nice setup for your tasting pleasure.
