The other reviews are true: Maloos is 100% the calming presence you need on your wedding day. From the moment she showed up, we instantly felt comfortable. Throughout the whole day we never felt rushed or pressured, yet she still kept us on track. We especially appreciated her attention to the little details. Turn your shoulder this way, chin down, place your hand here, etc. She took care in crafting every photo to perfection and I know they are going to turn out amazing. Kevin had an equally calming presence as he recorded our day, he managed to be there for every moment while not getting in the way, despite how often people tried to crowd around us! They both did a really great job of professionally redirecting people who were getting in the way trying to get pictures on their cell phones as well. During the reception, they were both right there on the dance floor the whole time capturing everything! Their stamina in keeping up with everything going on was truly exceptional. Maloos and Kevin truly went above and beyond to capture our day, and made the process fun! We really enjoyed getting to hang out with them, and if you are lucky enough to get the two of them on your wedding day, you will be getting true excellence!

From start to finish, they were organized, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. Communication leading up to the big day was smooth and reassuring -- every question was answered quickly, every detail was thought through, and they made the entire experience feel effortless. On the wedding day, the team showed up ready to go and immediately put us at ease. They were warm, friendly, and knew exactly how to guide us without ever making anything feel posed or forced. They captured everything -- the big emotional moments, the tiny in-between ones, and all the energy in the room -- without ever feeling intrusive. Their balance of directing when needed and letting moments naturally unfold was spot-on. The photos and videos themselves are stunning. They somehow managed to bottle up the joy, energy, and emotion of the day in a way we'll treasure forever. The edits are clean, timeless, and beautifully done, and the video footage feels like a true story rather than a montage. They also provided multiple formats and options, which we really appreciated.  Our families and friends haven't stopped talking about how talented the team was -- and we couldn't agree more. If you're looking for a photographer and videographer who are professional, creative, and genuinely invested in making your wedding memories perfect, we couldn't recommend This is Feeling more highly.

He facilitated all of the wedding events (ceremony, cocktail hour, grand entrance, first dances, etc.) seamlessly and then absolutely crushed it at the reception. Our guests were on the dancefloor all night and it was hit after hit! He respected all of our must and do-not plays and worked guest requests in when they fit the vibe. There was never a dull moment in the full 2.5 hour reception! I am someone who truly feels that music sets the tone for an event and I could tell that C+A felt the same way and took that responsibility seriously. I cannot recommend them or Nathan (DJ Ligo) enough! THANK YOU NATHAN!

He worked with us from the early stages of planning, meeting with us monthly to ensure every detail was perfect--including helping build out our timeline. He brought amazing recommendations, was always reliable, and made the entire process stress-free and fun. What truly sets him apart is his personality--so personable, humble, and easy to connect with. By the time the wedding came, it felt like a friend was running the show. And WOW, did he deliver! I was on the dance floor for 3 hours straight, and so was everyone else. The energy never dipped, and it was truly the most fun I've ever had at a party--let alone my own wedding. Out of all our vendors, he was by far my absolute favorite. I'll be finding any excuse to hire him again in the future. If you're thinking of booking him--do it. You won't regret it!

Shy me turned into a supermodel (minimal retouching needed) Seriously, I could not believe it was me. I had the most incredible experience with Cara and Melissa, and I feel like the photos (which are amazing, not shy about tooting my own horn here) ended up just being the cherry on top, which is wild. Can you relate to the following? 1. You've thought about doing this before, but wanted to wait until you got fitter, hair was longer, blah blah blah - NO, STOP IT. I know you've looked back to photos of yourself and thought "damn, why was I so critical? I looked great!" LEARN YOUR LESSON! You look great now, too. Book ittttttt 2. You've gotten professional photos done before, and didn't totally love how they turned out. ME TOO. This includes professional headshots, engagement photos, wedding photos, my passport photo (ha). I would see them and think okay those are nice, a like a few, but somehow they felt like they didn't really capture how I see myself. CARA SPECIFICALLY, not just any photographer, will capture YOU how you see yourself. It's the absolute beeeeeest. Which leads to point 3: 3. Have you ever seen yourself in the mirror and are like "hell yeah, nice!" and then you see yourself in a photo the same day and you're like "what the hell....is my mind warped?!" And then you have to ask your friends/sister "yo do I look like that?" And they say no definitely not? Yeah I don't get it either. It's weird (and the cameras fault- not yours) - and it won't happen with Cara. You'll look bomb and your photos will show you looking bomb. Here's the thing, the whole photoshoot experience was so much fun, and in the top 10 times I've felt the most amazing about myself. Cara and her team care about you and will take care of you. You are so beautiful, you deserve this experience, the outcome is going to be worth the money by miles. I was worried that I wouldn't like my pictures and as soon as I opened the file to choose the ones to keep, I felt so relieved. I am so glad I found this studio and photographer. Book it book it book it. And book it here, with Cara.
