This store has the worst produce section that I have ever seen. A lot of the produce is rotten, damaged, or has passed its best by date. Often, they are completely out of common items, such as cilantro, and green onions. They take produce and remove bad pieces and repackage it, essentially altering the weight. This has been an ongoing problem for a long time. I definitely recommend shopping elsewhere for better quality produce and lower prices. read more

This is by far one of the worst grocery stores I've ever been to in my life. The one star i do give is solely for the employees that work there. Everyone is nice and courteous and helpful. That is the only good thing. When it comes to their produce department, often times they put out borderline, to most definite, rotten produce. On more than several occasions fruit flies are seen buzzing around their fruit. I literally live across the street, and will from now on travel down the road out of my way to the local Piggly Wiggly. I like the fact that they have their organic and natural foods grouped in each isle. They have a decent "international" section, and if you're an HP sauce fan, you can find it here. The Good Decent location at 83 and 16. The store is played out nicely and it makes getting in and out nice. The Bad Sometimes the organic section of the veggies can look a little rough. The Ugly Nothing really bad to say here. The short - It's one of the better grocery stores in the area. read more

I am posting to warn every shopper walking into this location to carefully attend to prices/review cash register item postings and receipts, as this particular location is notorious for discrepancies between item shelving prices and the prices charged at the checkout register! It is the exception, not the norm, to have prices correlate at the checkout register. And, whenever I raise these price discrepancies to the attention of the store manager on duty, an apology is never offered or a reasonable explanation given as to why these price discrepancies continue at this store. This is between the top 2 stores in Hartland. Austin in the check out center is qualified and a helpful worker. It makes the generation after better than the malenial generation at customer service. This a great store on the major interchange of 83 and 16. I highly recommend coming here. Ignore the other reviews because this store really is incredible. read more

Whoever wrote anything less than a 5 star review hasn't been to the Hartland store on 83 in a while -- I had complained to Manager Nick about a couple of service issues -- primarily in bakery -- and he took my complaints to heart and made changes -- now the place buzzes with service -- Nick is always out on the floor, making sure things are great (so different from every other Pick'n Save store!) and his super employee Rosette is roaming around ready to help -- as is the rest of the awesome staff -- I love going in there! This store is the exception to the rule when it comes to Pick'n Save stores -- a model for all the others to emulate -- especially the store in Pewaukee -- still the worst of the bunch. Awful. Disorganized. Never enough cashiers working. Employees seem overworked, performing multiple roles due to lack of adequate staffing. Other grocery stores are much more efficient. Worth the extra 5 minute ride to Sentry or Piggly Wiggly to have a quick check out experience. If you choose to go, check expiration dates on all dairy, inspect produce carefully, and expect to wait in line. read more

If you're feeling nostalgic and missing the times before covid-19 ruined the world, might I recommend popping into the Pick N' Save at 3161 Village Square Drive in Hartland? It's very 2019 in there. 90% of the people in there aren't wearing masks and 75% of those who are wearing them are wearing them under their noses, which I think is just super. And forget about 6 feet of personal space. Forget about personal space at all. You'll get brushed up against and breathed on more than you would at Silk Exotic and you don't even have to tip! Oh, and I have to say, seeing A GROWN MAN (no mask) SNEEZE DIRECTLY ONTO THE DAIRY CASE AND THEN PROCEED TO TOUCH ALMOST EVERY SINGLE COFFEE CREAMER IN THAT THING really made my day and added a special touch to my experience. So make sure to stop by there if you're looking for something fun to do and are getting really sick of not getting sick. But seriously though, MOST of the employees who were wearing masks were wearing them wrong. Almost all of the employees had no respect for social distancing whatsoever. Avoid this place. It's not safe. It's not clean. The employees are not following CDC guidlines. read more

I wish I could rate them a zero. We ordered a boutonniere several days in advance with a navy blue ribbon. Picked it up on the day of the event and the ribbon was black and the white rose had a golden brown bruise on it already. The floral manager was very rude. She said they don't have navy ribbons. I don't understand how she thought black was the same and perfectly okay. Also she told me white roses just look that way (regarding the bruise). I assure you - when they look that way, they should go in garbage. We went to Piggly Wiggly and they happily made one with a bright white rose and navy ribbon ON THE SPOT! So friendly and helpful. My goal is to never set foot in Pick n Save again. read more

Bought some appetizers from the frozen section...came home to make them and noticed that they looks kinda funny so I check the expiration date and they were expired a year. Went back to return and was given attitude about it. Stuff like that shouldn't still be on the shelves. Are people even doing there jobs at this store??? read more

It's sad, I live less than 500 feet from this store and still prefer to go out of my way to Piggly Wiggly, Sendik's or the sentry in Delafield. I cook a decent amount and have tried on many occasions to pick up simple produce and other items and usually find myself leaving for another grocery store due to their typically rotten produce and expired items. I strongly recommend saving your time by using a different grocery store. read more
