The T-shirts I ordered arrived two days AFTER Christmas and we returned one to exchange it for another. They sent the third shirt at a much higher cost and then lowered my refund amount by the 15% discount I used for multiple shirts and on top of that--they never sent my refund. I have hounded them by phone and email multiple times since January. Each time customer service verifies they are processing my return, send me email confirmation and then NOTHING! No refund to date and it's the end of April. SAVE your money! Don't get swindled by lies and very poor service. I have email after email, plus the tracking numbers to prove just how inept they are. The folks working there will give you an unusual after taste when you leave. After taste of poo. I have had the worse experience in Under Armour Tyson corner store today October 8. Folks need to be mindful who they are servicing, as you never know who I /someone could be.The manager Mr. Johnson along with another staff Samuel provided offensive customer service at the UA store in Tyson Corner mall. I brought the racial profiling to the mangers attention. Which he was oblivious to it. Of course plosible deniability He denied it. However, FACTS: whats inside you (heart) always manifest in your action/ subconsciously. It must be intate in people always thinking folks that are melenated or going to rob steal cheat without any cause. SIMPLE SHORT STORY I was waiting in line to gain access to the dressing room. The causaians patrons in front of me waited and walked in without any comments questions or concerns from the staff. Mind you there is a sign outside the dressing room letting you know that you should wait outside the room till a room Is available, as the UA staff is supposed to clean the rooms after each use. Didn't happen for the Caucasian folks in front of me. They just walked right in. However, as I stood there manager Mr. Johnson wanted to engage me in conversation. I obliged. The caucasian person walk right in. (He was standing there the whole time and did not escort her in the dressing room. Or check her clothes count walk in the room before her scan her clothes on the scanner in the dressing room. As he did with me) It was my opportunity to gain access to the room to which he said I have to check you in. In my mind i thought, But you didnt check the Caucasian person who went in or the causlcasian man that went in before me. First, I would like to say my whole wardrobe is Under Armour I wear nothing else. I spend ALOT of money in UA. I spend way too much money and want to continue (now thinking about changing to Adidas) I have been shopping UA since its inception. This experience today has brought another perspective to my attention. Racial profiling racial discrimination comes from within the race as well as outside. On someparts it might be warranted. Today it was not.... I AM OFFENDED and seriously will rethink patronizing Under Armour moving forward. And I will truly let my other athlete friends know about Tyson Corner Under Armour store.
