Some good buddies of mine came into town and it was up to me to book some picke courts for us. After some searching here on Yelp I came across Pickleball XPO. I'm so glad that I saw a review written by the exclaimed Frank T, as I knew I could trust him. Just as he said, my friends and I had a blast. The courts were great, the gentleman at the counter was welcoming, and the interior air felt clean and filtered. Oh and I did I mention parking was an absolute breeze!? I'll definitely be back here here with my pals the next time we want to get some group games indoors. read more

During the winter, I decided to play some pickleball indoors and found this spot. Parking was rather easy and front desk was nice. Got a full court for a two player game. Place was great for indoor play but I'd say it was pretty pricey! It makes sense if you are a four player team using the court but two player is rather expensive. Will come back if I have a bigger group next time! read more

This place is Amazing. There are at least 9 courts and great air flow. The courts are brand new and well maintained . Staff is friendly and efficient . read more

Apparently I'm the last person to have played pickleball. A friend had her birthday here and we really had a blast. It's wayyyyy back in some industrial area by Costco, but once you get inside it's super nice and brand new. read more

This indoor pickleball place had potential but it is run by owners and staff who couldn't care less about their clients experiences. An advanced beginner league was changed to intermediate but there was absolutely no control on who signed up. We have 10 people and the range of experience goes from less than 3.0 to one person who is clearly over 4.0. The coordinator has been absent for 2 out of 3 weeks and is run by the front desk clerk who actually assigned the courts because the week the real coordinator was there, he didn't bother to leave any instructions for the clerk. the league is staffed that you play on one court for the full two hours with the same five people. Of those five people you could be with those people with much less experience than you which makes your game lousy for two hours. In addition, when I asked to have the owner call me as she was not there of course, I never received a call back. Lastly, we were told if we are not going to be there, we have to find our own sub which means that the sub found could be a person who just learned how to play. Open plays are also lousy. Intermediate open plays have beginners playing. I also had to beg the owner to have the courts cleaned properly as when we showed up to play there was dust and dirt all around the edges of the court. After my complaint which she did respond to it was clean for a few weeks but the last two weeks, the dirt has returned. I am not one to usually complain as I understand things happen but I can not let this go without posting my experience. read more

I paid $400.00 for fall/winter sessions, unfortunately my father became ill and passed away. I only went 2-3 times. Last thing on my mind was to be reimburse. Now I'm getting back into playing again. On Saturday, 4/19, I literally booked 2 1/2 hrs. before the session, $26. Only to be called about 30 minutes before the start, "not enough people." I was credited the $26 to my acct. Not given an option for a full refund. They only take card on file no cash. I scheduled another session the same week. Had a family emergency called 4 hrs. before the start of the play. I was informed I had to call 48 hrs. before the start of the session to be fully refunded. No options offered, no credit towards another session was awarded. So basically they can take your money, know a court session doesn't have enough players to play a game less than 48 hrs. Continue to accept bookings and cancel on you less than 48 hrs. No customer service, even though I spent $400 prior with this company. Only they have options to keep your money, no credit to my acct.. I was told their policy is less than 48 hrs. For a Cancellation Notice no refund or credit will be given. read more

I'm extremely disappointed with Pickle Ball Xpo's customer service and lack of flexibility. With a major winter storm approaching, I called well over 24 hours in advance to reschedule my reservation, only to be told that they don't offer credits or rescheduling--even in situations beyond my control. Any reputable business should prioritize customer safety and satisfaction, but it's clear that Pickle Ball Xpo only cares about taking your money. Their rigid policies make no sense, especially when most businesses offer at least some form of accommodation for weather related issues. Also, don't be fooled by the glowing Google reviews--many of them are clearly self-reviews and do not reflect the actual experience here. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere that values its customers. I will keep my business at Pickleball Plus in West Hempstead. read more
