After speaking with other companies, i chose this company because Ken answered my call on Father's Day. I was not expecting that, but I was in a crunch and needed to schedule as soon as possible. They were all so professional. I encountered an issue on my return trip i had to call early in the morning. They were so understanding and willing to work with me , including the fact that my party had to be split on the return trip. If I ever need transport, I will not hesitate to do business with Premium Services, and i would highly recommend their services. Carlos & Larry were both excellent and professional drivers.

He advised he is a small business and that this was an oversight, which is understandable. Original review- I booked a ride to the airport for my mom on Dec 31 for Jan 4, total of $78.00. I paid since that is required by the site to book. I immediately received a cancellation since the driver was booked for that day and time which is fine- but fast forward to today and I see on my credit card statement that this place never refunded my $78. I tried calling, no response- I tried email, it gets kicked back.

Bus had ice and cups as described. Jeremy, the driver for my birthday celebration aboard the Black Knight Party Bus was second-to-none!! Jeremy got us right so we could enjoy a bit more of the playlist and back in time for our reservation. He was on time, professional, patient, polite and had amazing energy. This is who you want in charge of your birthday trip if you want to have a good time. My friends made it back to their vehicle safely and I couldn't have asked for a better night. Thank you Jeremy!!!

The driver was so involved with arguing with me about the war on terror, that he got into the left turning lane on Chastain at the corner of Busbee instead of the right turning lane, the route to my destination. Instead of safely rerouting himself, he swerved across four lanes with haste, endangering my life without apology. When I finally spoke with Brandon, the owner and former KSU student, he challenged my account and didn't offer an apology not refund. This cab company is not worthy of the name "Owl," which it was given to associate itself with KSU. If a small discount is worth your safety, be their guest, but remember: I warned you. UPDATED: an owl cab just pulled up to a bar sans passenger with the van's stereo so loud, that it was vibrating the tables on the patio. So professional that I will upload it to YouTube soon so Brandon can see how thuggish his drivers are!!! I will title it, "thuggy owl cab!!!"
