Upon our return, I forgot to turn my phone off of airplane mode until we were leaving baggage claim but I was already getting notifications that the driver was there awaiting our contact so he could meet us at the pick up area. I called the drivers number from the other day and the line for Cloud and no answer on either. Luckily, they showed up shortly after and found my boss but I was kind of in the dark for awhile until after they dropped him off and called me back.
