Love that they have an ordering system for their deli counter so you don't have to wait at the counter and can instead place the order and shop while they get it ready

Sendik's - Oconomowoc, WI…read more This Sendik's location has truly become one of our household's favorite grocery stops. From the moment you walk in, it just feels fresh, local, and well cared for--with an amazing selection of produce, prepared meals, and specialty items that make healing, plant-based eating actually feel doable. We especially love the Grapevine Market section, which has some great low-sodium options and dairy-free finds. There's a surprising amount of clean-label brands tucked throughout the store, and the fresh-cut fruit cups, deli counter, and salad bar are all well-stocked and appealing. It's clear they take quality seriously. Gracefully Accessible Notes (as a trach + scooter user): Smooth scooter access - wide aisles, automatic doors, and no awkward layouts or tight corners Clean air - well-ventilated, not heavily scented--big relief for those of us who are oxygen-sensitive Restroom access - restrooms are clearly marked and roomy enough for mobility equipment Kindness counts - staff are attentive, patient, and didn't rush or stare--small gestures, big impact We always leave feeling cared for and seen--not just as customers, but as real people with real dietary and accessibility needs. Thank you, Sendik's, for creating a space where good food and good dignity go hand in hand. #AccessWithSamera | #GracefullyAccessible

Wife and I finally made it to Bella Gusto Saturday for a casual downtown dinner before a walk…read morearound the lake. We both ordered a small salad and we shared a small chicken barbecue pizza. Every employee we spoke with was genuinely friendly and seemed happy to be there and happy to help. We thought we needed to stand around inside to wait on our food and then take it outside to the street side tables but we were quickly encouraged to go set outside because " we know you guys are out there and we will bring you your food". We did and within less than 10 minutes we were served our fresh side salads. The wait staff was attentive and genuinely interested that we had everything we needed. Our pizza came out in just about the right time. Crust is just like we like it and the ingredients were super fresh. Again, we were checked on several times, but never felt hurried or rushed. The W experience was a pleasant surprise; the food was excellent but the staff was simply stellar. Kudos! We will be back and we will definitely brag on this place to others.

We love ordering their pizzas/pinzas and taking them to go on the boat! The crust is some of the best I have had! They also host an awesome event called Stock Your Cellar. She sought out a meat department employee who was in the general area. He said he'll get some HELP. I continued to shop until I came back to the meat department and noticed that the elderly woman was still there , she said" I didn't want to leave the area because of the GLASS everywhere" . I noticed some higher ups (management ) just standing around talking among themselves .I said hollering " Can we get some HELP over here some broken glass is on the floor" you would think the management would be alarmed, no they just ignored me until another customer, thankfully said "Hey we need some help" then omg they came over. Wtf.
