Waste of my time. Came in to get a part out of a vehicle and they gave me a different model car to look at. 2 dollars to get the part. Most of the cars engines are gutted. Got my part and went to the register. They asked 20 dollars for it and I left without the part. They charge too much for parts. I knew online brand new it was 16.99. out of 4 vehicles i looked for none were there even though they printed a receipt showing where to find everything. then when i go in ask what's going on they say they actually don't have them from looking on their side in the system (which they printed my receipt from?) inventory person needs to spend less time in the bathroom on their phone and do their job complete waste of time read more

Been coming to this location for years, good selection on vehicles in both premier and regular yard. Great service from Randy at the front counter. He's quick to get you in, even when busy up front, he's quick to ring your items up and get you out the door as well. Overall, love coming to this yard over the other local yards. read more

Worst experience ever. I know when I see cranky reviews I just figure the person was having a bad day or something, but pick n pull absolutely earned this review. Rude, nobody knew what was going on, and they kept me waiting outside a closed gate for 20 minutes, kept putting me on hold, then got on the phone 5 minutes past 5 and said I was too late. I had been there since 4:45. Thanks pick and pull. Now I have to make a 30 minute drive tomorrow TOO. read more

You can never find tires at this location. The used tire businesses go to this location and are able to buy up all the tires. I have a really problem with this because the management at this store does not care. Makes me wonder if someone at this store is getting some type of payoff for selling tires to used tire stores. Ladies, don't fear the Pick'n'Pull! This place is great and I'll go back. I found what I wanted which was an uncommon 4-terminal or 4-pin micro relay used only in a handful of Suzuki and Toyota cars and SUVs. The register area was remarkably clean and the folks running the register were very courteous. Be sure to check out their inventory page on their website before you go. I wish there was a way of doing minus stars, this guys don't even deserve the star I'm giving them right now, from waiting more then half hour on the line on hold so I could speak to anybody to them not being able to go to the yard and give you the info you need, so I called and they said they have the car I'm looking for parts but they don't have enough personel to check outside if the actual parts are there, we take off from an hour away in thanksgiving and when we get there the car is in there but is not in the yard to pick parts from it, we talked to Javier the manager and he says that the car is on hold for someone that wants to buy the whole car, but over the phone when they give us the info on the car we asked if we could buy the parts in advance and pay for them and they say NO that we have to wait until is out in the yard and now they put it on the side for someone!!?? This guys are so unprofessional, misleading, lazy and more likely they decided not to sell the car because one of them decided to keep it!! If you are around the area don't waste your time with pick n pull! go to other wrecking yards were they value their costumers and their time! this place is trash and their costumer service as well! read more

Needing parts for my PT Cruiser I decided to try this, first it cost $4.00 just to go out and find the car I needed to pull parts from. Upon finding this car, the part I wanted was broken as badly as the one I was looking for, all other parts I wanted to upgrade on my car were in worse condition than my own. Disappointed I went back to find that my $4.00 was a gift to this establishment. I asked if they were going to just keep selling these non-functioning parts over and over and " we don't keep a list of parts, only the vehicle" was the response. This place is a sham. I was on the hunt for some parts for a car I just picked up and found out that this location now has a "premier" yard that cost $2 to go into. The premier yard has lots of newer cars. My wife and I went there over the weekend and found all the exact parts that we were looking for. Best part is that I was expecting to pay around $120ish and they only charged me $31 for everything! The worst pick n pull I bought a wire harness from them at sunrise and wanted extended warranty and the said no the could not do it. But rocklin and Stockton blvd and the gave me extended warranty with the wire harness. They have rude customer service manager is rude getting loud with me on the phone never going out there again. read more

I normally go to Pick n Pull in Rocklin or Antelope but I needed a specific part that neither had. They did have it in Rancho Cordova or Stockton. I tried Rancho first. I thought that it would be the same as any other Pick n Pull but I was wrong. It took forever to get service even though there were more employees than customers, they were not friendly or helpful, lord help you if you have a store credit, and the music being played (loud) was very annoying. Every other word in the songs was F**k, Ni**er, and white trash. I will never go there again. If I cant find my part in Rocklin or Antelope, Im buying it new. read more

Horrible place, management isn't helpful to those who are disabled... not to mention they never give a fair price to people who want to junk their cars, other junk yards give by far better scrap prices.. cars are so picked clean by the time they even reach the lot that you can never find parts you need.. it's a sad little establishment. read more

Great customer service on the phone and at the store! They told me when the car was set on the yard and the part interchanges. I was excited that the car was still fresh so I went to the store and had to pay $2 admission. I went into the yard and it was big. I found the part I was looking for and there were so many options to choose from. Prices of the parts were cheaper then the dealership! I will be coming here often now. read more
