My friend and I brought a young lady (Devanie) to Fairly Reliable Bob's to purchase her first car…read morebecause I had heard great things about the business (and let's face it, with a name like that you have to have something going for you to have been in business since 1975). We were greeted by a man named Butch Petersen, who I treated like I do all salesmen - as someone who stood between me and my goal (the perfect car for Devanie). It very quickly became apparent we were dealing with someone who was not your average car salesman, so on a hunch I asked if he was somehow related to my longtime friend Grant Peterson, who I got to know when I was involved with the local Better Business Bureau Board in 1991. (Grant is owner of the Bronco Motors group of car dealerships - the only place I've bought my cars since 2008 because of the honesty and integrity with which Grant operates his dealerships.) Butch's answer changed everything. Turns out Butch's father and Grant's father started Fairly Reliable Bob's together, not primarily as a money making business, but to be able to serve the local community. That is still their mission today. Fairly Reliable Bob's operate with a laser focus on serving their community with excellence and integrity, and everything else takes care of itself. And Butch Peterson was the owner and general manager of Fairly Reliable Bob's - a man who walks the talk. Long story very short, Butch found the *perfect* car for Devanie, answering all her questions to make *her* feel confident as well. He explained some of the many benefits of purchasing a car at Fairly Reliable Bob's, including a repair shop that is run as a not-for-profit company so all parts are charged at cost, hourly rates are less than half of other repair shops, and loaner cars are always free. Butch sent a trailer at his expense to pick up Devanie's trade in (which would not start), gave Devanie a fair deal on the new car, and arranged an unheard of interest rate for someone with no credit by working with a local bank **and having Fairly Reliable Bob's cosign the loan** for her. There are far too many things that astounded me about character and integrity of this business to go into here. If you'd like, connect with me and I'd be happy to buy you coffee or lunch and tell you more about them. Or just give them a try. I'm confident you'll be as blown away as I was. They gave me a great loaner car and worked with my car warranty company to replace the radiator quickly and at a very reasonable price. Nyah is great in the office and quite efficient, while Ezra is super friendly and awesome at detailing the cars, and little Dino is the perfect mascot. I couldn't be more pleased with their terrific service and world class customer service. We will definitely be back!

We'd been scouting the state, as well as adjacent states to find our dream truck for 5+ years. Our prior vehicle was on its last leg at this point. But we had been holding out for the only vehicle we thought worth driving. Huge shoutout to Zach and Freeman and everyone involved in making our dream come true. We are so grateful for the strings they pulled to get us into our new Tacoma and we have never been happier. On top of that, the buying process was superior to any other dealership I've been to. And the entire sales team was kind enough to congratulate us on our purchase and bring such warmth to the transaction. If ever we need another, we will be back!

Drove up Monday morning and got there at opening and was told the truck was sold Saturday at the same time I called, also to note the vehicle was still listed on their website, Facebook, Facebook marketplace. The man who greeted us in the lobby was super nice but the salesman that came up when we said the vehicle we were looking for was a little rude and pushed us away for not knowing the truck sold. I had a lot of hope for this dealership, but not sure I will go back unfortunately.
