Of course, the pizza is what we were really there for and I can tell you that it checks all the boxes for a classic pizza. The crust is on the thinner, crispier side which I actually prefer. Despite having lived in the area for my whole life and being more than familiar with Revere Beach, I've never had a taste of the Bianchi's Pizza that everyone would talk about. It appears that they only offer cheese slices, but you can order whole pizzas with other toppings. The service at the counter was pretty quick and the slice they gave me was good sized. The best way I can describe the taste of the pizza at Bianchi's is classic nostalgia. Nice thin crust, the right amount of cheese, a pretty good tomato sauce and cooked evenly. All around it is a textbook definition of a classic, all American thin crust pizza slice.
