Awesome customer service. Very respectful people and great food on top of that. I would 100 percent recommend

I ordered from Nick's about four times a week and spend a couple of hundred dollars they usually bring my order to my door because I'm on oxygen but tonight the guy asked me to come downstairs so I told him I'd be right down he said he would be there in 2 minutes I waited with the concierge for 20 minutes there was no delivery so I went back upstairs and called the delivery guy and he said he was here waited and had to leave which was a lie I called Nick's to try to figure out what happened because the driver lied right to my face and the concierge who is working you can roll back the cameras that show he was never here he lied Nick asked me if I would like another driver to make the delivery I told him absolutely not I went all the way downstairs on oxygen lost my breath waited 20 minutes and then get lied to bottom line Nick's Bistro lost a good customer they have forgotten my drinks before and I never complained said I'll get it next time not to mention I always tip the drivers at least $10 no matter what the order is they lost a good customer and in the future if this happens to you just remember I want you everybody have a good night and God bless read more

Great good but double the price of what I'd typically pay for a hot sub. The service was quick and the food came even quicker. It's right across from the beach and a great spot with options you'd want during a hot summer day. read more

Visiting from Indiana and this place did not disappoint! Service was excellent and staff were very friendly. We had the chicken parm sandwich and the cheese and steak sandwich, wife and I both agreed that they were one of the best we have eaten. Perfect place to eat while visiting Revere Beach! read more

Normally have a good experience but I usually go to the one is Saugus on my way home. Today my wife and I ordered a sm shrimp scampi pizza and a sm cheese for the kids. Upon eating a slice of the scampi pizza my wife and I started to get a burning sensation in our mouths like there was hot pepper on the pizza, we called to complain but all they said was they don't put hot pepper in the scampi pizza, no apologies, or I don't know why it would have it on there. When you pay close to 20 dollars for a pizza you want what you ordered. read more

Just had the best roast beef sammich I've ever had. I'm from South Jersey and Philly areas. This sammich? Gotta get it "3way"

pizza is just ok. salads are good. one thing that bothers me is that for years I've been told the delivery fee of $5.00 goes to the driver. that's not correct. tonight I asked if this was true and the person answering their phone said the driver DOES NOT get the delivery charge. Can't trust these people. read more

First off, I'm glad I tried this place before reading the reviews. It's right on the beach so I gave it a go. The good is their seafood pizza, actually to be fair their pizza in general is pretty good, huge slices and you get two per order (*cough even tho you paid for 2 anyways *cough *cough) but the seafood is by far my favorite. The pepperoni is like they just threw roni's on top and not actually cooked it with some cheese on top you know what I mean, the good stuff, they just throw me on there. Steak n cheese is pretty good, Tom of meat, service is ok, I always feel on the fence about how good it is. Ordered a fisherman's platter and that's why I gave it a 3 really off that meal it would be a 2. Overcooked shrimp, scallops just fall apart, calamari is ok, but the ultimate sin is where is the tarter sauce. This is a never-have-I-ever received a whole platter of fish and not gotten tarter sauce, not cool. read more

Great pizza, with a Greek Style to it. Even if you prefer Italian style pizza, this will hit the spot. The crust is nice and thin, and not thick like the Greek pizza of school lunches of yesteryear. Quick service and always hot and fresh. Small indoor seating area and an outside area so you can enjoy the view at the beach. Check it out if you're in the area. read more

Food is great, I ordered the BBQ chicken with two sides. The fresh salad was enormous, the BBQ chicken tasty and plentiful.

We just stumbled onto Nick's Place on Reverve Beach Blvd with no reccomendations or having any knowledge of the restaurant and it was EXCELLENT ! Cozy little place right on the beach with a water view and a couple of picnic tables to sit at to eat and enjoy the sights and sounds. We had chicken wings ( buffalo & babeque ) and the best Calzone I have ever eaten anywhere. So happy we found them ! Highly reccomend Nick's fo a tasty meal, Thanks ! Service was top notch and the food was even better. read more

5 stars. I've been 3x so far when going to beach. It's right on Revere Beach. The food is good and the staff is really nice. My daughter got pizza. By slice you get 2-ok!?! It was good. I got roast beef & fries. Perfect yum! A lot of fries. Roast beef so thin it was delish. Went back a week or so later and got roast beef again w horseradish saucy. Good again. Went back next time & got salad w bbq chicken. Good again. Salad Also came with a big fresh pita. I feel like I'm an expert at deli/pizza food and sometimes I don't order salad bc it's not fresh. Salad was FRESH and yummy and pretty big. I took home w take out. I ate the leftovers 4 lunch Next day and was still good and stayed fresh. Obv you pay a premium for beach convenience $$ but I think price is fair for quality of food and location. Recommend - good little beach spot!! read more

I ordered pizza for 7. My son won't be home until then. Although they offered the scheduled time the pizza was delivered at 630 and the app left open to look as though it wasn't. I went in to order 1 small cheese pizza, small Buffalo wings and fisherman platter. 2 coke product and a bottle of water. And the cashier women charge me for 3 soda which I'm sure cost a little more. Total came out to be $58.47 tax included. I handed her $60 and she gave me my change and I just put it in the tip jar. For about $60 the food better be good. So I got the food. The fisherman platter was ok, there was a lot of food but only 1 Lemon, I hate when places do that. The Buffalo wings was pretty good with blue cheese. The cheese pizza was alright. read more

Delivery took way longer then expected and food was cold when it came. When I called to find out why no one had an answer.

This place could be a lot better. Tge pizza is good and priced well. Its like 11and some change for a 1 topping. I also ordered a seafood platter. It was skimp. 22$ for 5 pieces of scallop, 4 shrimps, and some clam bellies. There was a big piece of haddock in there. Which was more then the whole plate combined. Might be why they felt ok shorting the rest of the plate. There is minimal seating inside you would think they would add outside seating. But there could be another reason why there isn't.....shooooot i hope theres a good reason why there isnt. I would say if you want pizza try them. But im still a lil mad about the fisherman's platter. If i knew who the fisherman was id beat his ass for only bringing home that catch. read more

You place an order and they just decide what to make you and how to make. I ordered a chicken kabob wrap with dressing and feta. No dressing of course which makes it what it is. Then order my son an egg white omelette. They decided to make an egg white sub. Then when it came out - said - this is an egg white omelette right. He said yea. It was to go so I just assumed how the F can you mess that up. I won't be going back. read more

Standard. They've been a constant that I can go to and expect the same quality over and over again. Nothing incredible and minor issues come up here and there, but nothing that's stopped me from eating the food. :) Worth getting: pizzas, club sandwiches. Subs and salads are good too; try not to make too many adjustments/substitutions since they'll most likely miss it. Keep in mind that the prices are a tad higher than normal since you're paying a little extra for the convenience of buying food on the beach. read more

Service took way too long and when I called they never received my order and food was just okay.

Trying to eat healthy so I decided on the Grilled Salmon dinner with salad and cole slaw. Cost me $15.99 for about a pound of soggy coleslaw, a side salad, and about 2 ounces of salmon. That's the last time I go here! read more

This place is terrible ! They are super cheap with extra product , even if u offer to pay for extra FOR IT (they'll argue with u about wantinG MORE) Got a cheeseburger sub RAW and asked for a refund. Place not only REFUSED to give the refund , but insisted food was cook when the meat was LITERALLY RED AND BLOODY. THEY DIDNT EVEN OFFER TO REMAKE IT WHEN I OFFERED TO COME BACK ( seeing I live down the street) Not only did the women on the phone laugh at my complaint, the manager/owner did AS WELL! My friend had literally threw up MOMENTS after taking his first bite and couldn't even stomach the rest of his meal. Since moving to East Boston, I have given this establishment hundreds of dollars in business and I feel betrayed not only as a customer BUT AS A LOYAL CUSTOMER !! Don't go to this location if u want your food UNDER COOKED AND OVER PRICED . They don't care how much YOUVE spent, you're NOT getting your refund! read more

After waiting just over an hour for my delivery, I called to check on it. When she answered she said, you're checking on your delivery? Clearly they have caller id. She informed me it was on the way. 20 mins passed and still did not arrive so I tried to call and cancel. It rang 3 times and I was sent to voicemail. I tried back 3 more times directly to voicemail so I tried the other number on the menu and she answered. I said I'd like to just cancel my order and she said but the driver is pulling up now. Which I'm guessing she sent me to voice mail so she can call the driver. Because the car was pulling up. I should've sent the driver away but was hungry. The food was cold and disgusting and we all know everything usually tastes good when you're starving but it didn't. Never again! Really wish I refused the delivery and just went somewhere else. I hate to give bad reviews but when I paid about $50 for three meals and they all had issues.. the small chicken Alfredo pizza had parents of chicken but was so over cooked that the chicken was dry almost jerky like. My steak and cheese, extra cheese was also dry and definitely no extra cheese. It was also supposed to be in a wrap. It was not. Lastly, kid's chicken tender meal.. chicken was good but fries were soggy and limp. Quality control is an issue, please do better! I have liked your food in the past. read more
