Not every kid is ready to run around with the bigger kids, and taking away the one safe, age-appropriate space makes it way more stressful for parents. The staff did a great job explaining everything, especially the flags and what they mean, which made us feel comfortable right away. We went during the week, and it wasn't crowded at all, so my kids actually had the track to themselves, which made it even more special. One thing we really loved was that they received a printout of their lap times. It made the experience feel more personal and something they could take pride in. They also got to choose a head wrap in their favorite color and keep it, which was a nice touch. The only downside is that you have to purchase a membership in addition to paying for the laps. However, the membership is valid for a year and can be used at this location or other locations, which helps justify the cost. Overall, it was a great experience, and my kids had a blast!

We love everything about this place! There's so many different areas to explore. I would say it's…read morebest for 3-6, but if you have a creative older kid, there's several art options. They also have one baby/toddler only area. We spent hours in the creative art corner, clay, and painting the statue. Other favorites were big foam building blocks, knitted climbing area, and the fort. If you have a younger kiddo, you will need to climb in the fort, as there's several paths and drop offs. I try to go with a second adult when I have two kids. The staff is super nice and helpful. The place is always clean. They have a cafe with lots of "kid food". We usually pack a lunch and picnic across the street. Sometimes we come back in to hit the favorites again. I would say the only negative is the price. You pay for adults and kids. I have several friends that got the family pass and go often.
