Went to the new location on Oscar Freire and was a bit disappointed with the food. The chef came out to speak with us and was very friendly. The staff was very attentive so definitely 5 stars for the service. The amuse bouche was very nice, a ravioli that was the perfect combination of sweet and salty. For an appetizer we had the egg truffled ravioli. This was the best dish we ordered. It is one big ravioli with the egg yolk inside and a delicious truffled broth, it was a perfect dish! We also had the heart of palm salad (nothing too special) as an appetizer. For main dishes we had the pappardelle bolognese. This was ok. The pasta itself was delicious but the bolognese sauce lacked a bit of seasoning. The other dish we had was the stracotto. The meat was unbelievably tender, melted in your mouth, but again was missing seasoning. It was a great texture but barely any taste.
For the dessert we had the tiramisu- this was delicious!
Overall, nice ambience but not very flavorful food. I don't think I will be going back. read more
