As if trying to do renovation is not stressful enough, this has been one of the most frustrating…read moreand disappointing experiences we've dealt with. The quality of these doors is extremely poor. They are made of MDF and wrapped, but the finishing is horrible. For doors that cost thousands of dollars, this level of workmanship is unacceptable. On top of that, the doors are excessively heavy and cannot even be properly installed without additional reinforcement, which should not be necessary for a quality product. What made the situation worse is that these were custom doors. The company came out and measured the openings 3 separate times, yet the doors and frames still arrived in the wrong size. Instead of correcting the issue properly, the store sent someone into our apartment to cut and modify the doors on site. This resulted in further damage and poor finishing--essentially butchering doors that we paid a premium price for. In addition to the quality issues, we never even received the full order. We have been trying for months to get a refund for the missing doors, but have only received empty promises like "we're busy" or "we'll take care of it," with no resolution. At this point, we had no choice but to file a claim with our credit card company to try to recover our money. Also, being required to send the initial deposit via wire transfer should have been a major red flag. This situation has caused unnecessary stress in our home. Between the poor quality, incorrect measurements, and lack of accountability, I strongly advise others not to do business with this company. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Hello These doors and frames are made of mdf wood and…read morewrapped but seams where corners meet are done poorly. The doors are too heavy to be hung up and hold on the frame without proper reinforcing which should not be needed from quality doors. I have been trying for months to get a refund on my order for half the doors that were never delivered and false promises of being busy or I will take care of it. YOU WILL NOT GET QUALITY DOORS YOU WILL HAVE A HARD TIME GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK. I HAD TO PUT A CLAIM WITH THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY FOR THE MONIES CHARGED ON MY CARD. The initial deposit was only to be wired into their account which I should have taken as a red flag from the get go. Hopefully the credit card company sides with me and I get those monies back. Today October 8th, 2026 I found out from the finance company that our Prestige salesman lied to us…read moreabout the promotion on "One year No Interest". He told us that we would be getting one year free of finance charges, so we had a year to pay it off and we purchase at the time because of the promotion. I now come to find out that we have a regular finance loan and we have been accruing finance charges since June. So besides all the problems with communications, they lied. Again I reconfirm the fact that I will never do business with Prestige or RJS Consultants Inc which is doing business as Prestige Windows and Doors. I am presenting in talks with them so I will right another review pertaining to my experience with this matter.

I have tried to deal with several of the people in the office. They ALL are very nice but are COMPLETELY useless in terms of getting my order correct. I am not sure if anyone else had/has a similar experience BUT I am 100% done with this company and tell my neighbors (we all have multimillion dollar waterfront properties) to stay clear of Garcia Door & Window. I guess they do not want our service. It is truly sad to see a once great company (in my opinion) to turn into such a garbage company.

As a responsible person, I must submit this review. PLEASE use caution before you hire this…read morecompany. Window and Door installation company. Supplies materials from ES Windows and Doors LLC. When I tried to cancel my project, Mr. Benhamou told me he had ordered materials and will lien my property if I cancel. He refused to provide verification of order. We were stuck. Accepted to work with them rather than have a lien. They knew nothing about Martin County Building Department permitting/inspection process. I had to instruct them. No one that comes to your property speaks or understands English. Atleast they pretend they don't. In converstion, Mr. Benhamou tells you he is a GC. He is not. It is legal, but he uses another person's license. He is simply a salesman. He meets to get your business and you never see him again. Thls company caused SUBSTANTIAL, unnecessary damage to our property due to their rushed installation and carelessness (photos available) that we had to discover on our own inspection of the installation. We are stuck having to make these repairs. Mr. Benhamou told my neighbor "there's no damage, it was like that". Piles of broken window glass!! They closed out the permit foregoing a final walk-thru to determine descripencies with material and their work. Three non-operational windows with no committment of when they will repair. I am not able to find license for the name of the company they sent to our home for installation. They are not employees of FIP LLC. According to public record, Florida Impact Pro LLC has only been in business for months. August 2025. No BBB rating due to brief time in business and no track record. My husband and I work successfu lly in the real estate and construction contracting business. We have never experienced such an awful installation. It's important to bring attention to companies like this to prevent other homeowners from enduring what we have experienced. Services not listed.
