When a teachers misses a lesson or you have pre-arranged that certain lessons will be missed - you have to fight for your money to be returned. The manager, Martha Cotter is unethical and rude. She took me to court over a dispute on lesson payments and added a $350 lawyer fee to the expenditure ... all while I was fighting cancer. Nice woman! If I could give them a negative set of stars, I would. Our instructor has left Community Music School too! Even he was fed up.

Jean went on a rant to us about how she's been doing this "for forty years" and I just stood there wondering how she's gotten away with such awful customer service for that long. Jean did agree to take the ring back and fix the prongs and buff the band, although she denied that they were the ones that messed them up. After this encounter I learned that my fiancé and I are not the only ones who have had this kind of experience at Jeans Jewelers. TWO other couples I know have had similar experiences. One of them simply asked a worker at Jeans if they could copy down their diamond number for security reasons, and Jean rudely intervened and told them that if they thought their diamond was going to get stolen then they shouldn't hand it over. Good way to comfort Your clients! And my other friends had a bracelet resized and when it came back wrong and they brought it back, Jean was not happy to satisfy their needs.
