I reported to the 3rd floor Adult Medicine, and they had me wait. When they wanted to speak to me, they came out and spoke to me directly. My retina scan was non-invasive. It took about 20-30 secs per eye. Absolutely amazing! No more dilation drops, and wearing crazy sunglasses. The blood pressure check was easy. You get three attempts to pass. Villa Fairmont Mental Health Facility is a house of horrors. You never see them. The place is run by entitled nurses who have a lot more attitude than compassion or empathy. The best thing about this place has been mental health worker Peaches. This place needs to build her a statue. She really cares and she brightens up my day. There are a couple other workers but I'll leave them anonymous. Some people who work here really do care. Some staff are just here to sleep. Treat you like your less than a dog. It's been absolutely horrible being here during the COVID-19 outbreak. Where normally I would get passes I've been on lockdown for over four months. That's enough to drive anybody pissed. All I've been looking for these people to do is to help me find a place to live and they can't even do that. Plus when you get here they don't tell you they're charging you $1,000 on top of whatever they're getting from your insurance. It's one big scam. Please do your best to bond with your family and don't come to Villa Fairmont.

I recently had a nee baby and when i took him to kaiser for his immunization shots at 2mo. I was told he could not be seen because he had on coverage at the time,i did not know that he was only covered Thur my insurance 4 the 1st mo. So lucky seem to find me because one of the Doctors who started the clinic also worked at kaiser told me until i worked things out w my insurance to go there, and i can say there was a little bit of a wait but nothing close to what i read from the 1st review. Maybe the fact that she had been in the medical field for 23years gave her a chip on her shoulder when she found herself in a free medical clinic. Everyone that i have been seen by were very kind & patient and a pleasure to be around. I since have sent few of family & friends to Ashland medical clinic and they were all successfully seen and treated with no complaints .So please don't be discouraged these Dr's are good at what they do and saints for taking the time to help.

I've never felt rushed or like just another patient they really make me feel like I'm their only patient every time. I also really appreciate how they're direct but still caring. They're honest with you, but in a way that shows they truly care about your well-being and want what's best for you. I've seen some of the 1-star reviews, and honestly I'd say give this place another chance. As someone who's been coming here regularly for years, my experience has been consistently positive. Sometimes one visit doesn't reflect how they really are. Overall, I'm really grateful to be a patient here and I'd recommend them to anyone
