However, before I continue to move forward, it is essential that I emphasize that this writer (myself) has not been the recipient of any incentives, promises, enticements nor has I been subjected or subjugated to any form of threats or any act of coercion by anyone in an effort to induce or compel me to falsify this commentary that's at hand. In all reality on the contrary, it has been very difficult for me on my own volition to try and the find the adequate words that can actually reflect and project the magnitude of the level of professional care that I have continuously and has endlessly received here. Which started from the very first day that I was admitted into this very prestigious facility when I was half dead. McClure has literally and figuratively brought me back to life from the threshold of death when I was ready to give up and succumb to the severe illness that I was afflicted with doing that period of time. However, the qualitative care and treatment that has been bestowed upon me has enabled me to be elevated from the depths of bad health and adversity, back to the paramount of excellent existence and a sound physical disposition that I once knew. (Thanks McClure for your performance.) I am upset about what some of those disgruntled individuals posted about this Rehab Center it was totally, completely and absolutely untrue, unfair and do not have any base in reality far as I am concern, I have not witness any of those unfounded accusations and fabrications that has been written about McClure. Matter of fact, if that type of sub standard treatment was the order of the day here at some point, I would have been long gone from this place many months ago, which I have been housed here for more than a year and I have cherished every minute of it indeed. So what do that tell the reader (meaning you) about this establishment? In a closing remark, keep up the good work McClure because we all here send the organization and your duty bound team of staff a firm salute which is nothing more but a symbol of our never ending heart felt respect and profound appreciation for all the things that you have done and no doubt will continue to do. Also one must not, will not and definitely shall not forget to extend a warm shout out to Andrew, Maggie and McKenzie the three most compassionate and highly competent administrators that's in the business. Dr. M's earliest appointment for me as a new patient was four months in advance, in early December, so I took it and waited. However, on the very morning when my appointment day finally arrived, her office called to say that she was ill and that I had to re-schedule my appointment--this time for a date a few weeks later. Some days before the date arrived, however, I was once again called by her office, this time to be told that the doctor had left the practice, and they had no idea where she had gone to. Since Michelle Malcolmson knew full well in advance that she was leaving Stanford Medical, she should never have allowed me to dangle for months under the mistaken impression that I was going to see her. By so doing, she caused me to waste much valuable time before I could see another other physician as a new patient. I call that irresponsible and heartless.

A man that shared the same room needed help and was in distress all night no nurse show up to see about him. He did not get help until the morning shift. She said to me, "you know, sometimes I have these success stories... where they wake up from anesthesia... and the pain is gone-- of course there's some pain at the incision site, but the sciatic pain is gone and when she told me that I just knew-- I didn't hope that I would be one of those success stories... I KNEW I was going to be... that was my destiny, I knew it. I was so happy I practically skipped in there the morning of surgery cuz I knew it was going to be an end to the agony I had been living with for a year. And sure enough as soon as I open my eyes the first thing I did was flex my foot so that my toe was pointing up and put my chin down to my chest which I couldn't do before and there was no pain.

On two occasions I brought up common sexual health concerns and I was made to feel like some kind of deviant for even asking - once about HIV prevention medication and once for bringing her into the loop that I had been seeking treatment from a private provider for hormonal issues. Immediately the response was accusatory and shaming. Luckily, I later found a primary care physician who would rationally talk me through both of these issues and help me address them safely. I will eventually look for another doctor because I feel Tom is capable, he is not a DR, and that's what we are paying for. Office staff is also very good, and they reply to voicemails very diligently, but hold times on phone is usually 5+ minutes. I've been picked up just because I complained about the services and now I've been given the neglect treatment....late meals, no help with feeding me....for 9 days I've been looked as if I was an alien., About sckiped shower days, I was sense the day I admitted they assigned to me Tuesdays and Saturdays as my scheduled days, yesterday nobody came here to pick me up to have the shower and today they said thaty day was Wednesdays, so they could do whatever they want. I'm really disappointed with this facility.
