After being in a car accident recently that was eerily similar to one I had experienced years ago…read morethat took 3 years to recover from; I was facing a similar predicament of migraines, being unable to sleep fully throughout the night and overall a very painful and strained neck. I made a few calls to PT offices where no one picked up or they informed me the next appointment would be over a month from now. I needed a visit as soon as I could. I called Ascend PT and Gina immediately picked up, listened to my situation and quickly booked me in to be seen within a few days. Gina is very professional and personable. She made me feel very comfortable right away and gave top quality care. I felt immediate relief after she worked on my neck and gave me exercises to work on. At this point, I have seen so many physical therapists throughout my life and Gina is quite competent. Substantial progress was made each visit and I would leave visits feeling refreshed and pain free. Meanwhile, at other places, I would be in pain for several months before seeing any progress. After seeing Gina for a month and a half, I was 90% recovered and after three months, I feel so refreshed and able to do all my regular exercise routines and activities. We've had to chase down basic information that should have been handled proactively. Once you finally get past the administrative chaos, the actual physical therapists are excellent--knowledgeable, attentive, and professional. Unfortunately, the poor service at the front desk seriously undermines the experience and creates unnecessary stress. Great PTs, but the administrative service is completely broken and needs major improvement.

As a rec league hooper/softball player, I was miserable and considering retirement. I had never experienced chiropractic care, so I was a bit skeptical but willing to try anything. After the course of about 4 months and maybe 6-8 adjustments (sorry I can't remember exactly) and I have been practically pain free. Now disclaimer: doc is absolutely amazing and emailed me some great stretches that I still routinely do to keep my sciatica away or minimal so managing my pain has been a long term commitment that I am happy to do. Fast forward to 2025, I've since picked up golf which comes with a whole new set of aches/pains and I revisited Chirosport due to some nagging neck and shoulder numbness/pain that I couldn't shake. aAfter a few sessions and I am pain free (well, as much as an active 43 year old can be) and I've now incorporated a monthly visit for wellness care. *Bonus- book a pressure point massage after your adjustment that is offered on site on select days with Mike! My only wish is that they offered longer sessions -- the 30-minute massage feels like a tease because it's that good! The only downside is that the clinic doesn't offer many massage-only package options. Currently, you have to combine chiropractic care and other modalities to book a massage with Mike. It would be amazing if they offered more flexible massage-only packages, as I would definitely come even more often.

I have no complaints about the care I've received so far. I do have a couple about the admin. staff. When I first called to make an appt, I spoke to Patty, who was super nice and helpful. But once I started going in, I've had to talk to another girl who's at the front. She's not nearly as personable. She's not rude either, but seems kind of disinterested or something. She's usually on the phone with a personal call every time I go in, with isn't professional. Then sometimes i call to make an appt, and she sounds like she doesn't have time for me. Probably because she need s to get back to talking to her friends. Second, I've been going there for a couple months already, and have been using my insurance benefits to cover the cost. I always pay my copay too. But then the other day I got this huge bill from them! I was like," WTH?!" It looks like they weren't billing my insurance properly. I still have to clear this up with them, but what a hassle! Of course, if it turns out that everything is in order, I'll have a big bill to pay, and no one ever told me about it! He was quick and responsive in getting an appointment and patient in explaining and answering cervical chiro adjustments. Happy to say I saw results instantly after the first adjustment. As with any medical care, maintenance is required so make sure to follow through and follow up with continuing appointments. Wanted to highlight instant results and pain relief!
