My tightness has decreased significantly since my initial examination. My range of motion has also increased during just a two week period. I was asked questions, they did simple tests including watching my gait as I walked. I was given a few extremely simple exercises for my core, none for my glute. I did the exercises and didn't see any improvement after 10 days. I went online to WebMD and found exercises to build strength in my glutes that took amount 10 minutes a day. After a week, I could get into my car and climb stairs more easily. The side benefit is my balance is better. The cost for the one visit was $315.00. I expected more. FYI about a decade ago I had a back issue, instead of going to a P.T. I went to well qualified Personal Trainer who worked with me and helped me to strengthen my back. In the future I will go to a personal trainer at a gym. $315 would have gotten me 6 sessions.

Normally I feel self conscious in any exercise-related setting, but I've felt completely comfortable at this practice.
