They swore it was fine and it was marked as paid and that no further action would be taken since THEY made the mistake and not me. Today I got an alert on my credit score for a 'major derogatory hit' on my credit (which is otherwise pristine and I worked insanely hard to build), from a collector who works for them. This is absolutely unacceptable and looks like fraud to me.

I was running requests on uber and lyft and no one was interested in my short ride home to get my car. I went in to tell the staff what I was going through and they all seemed like they were about to grab their keys or find some way to help me out however the manager Ewa appeared as if she were an angel and introduced herself. She was just getting done with her day and without hesitation said she would drive me to my house next to the main Harrington hospital in Southbridge so I could get my daughter and quickly return to Harrington Charlton to get my mom on the bus and home. This is the type of compassion you rarely see in the medical industry. THANK YOU EWA!

Every time we go which is once per month we get seen with the best care possible. I do not ever feel uncomfortable during or after an adjustment. This facility is NOT like many others. They DO NOT schedule to come 3 times a week then 2 and have physical therapy. They do not "crack you" like many other places. My biggest issue with going to other chiropractor places was the neck twisting and the twisting of the body. Carol does NOT do that. She has a tool that looks like a mini hand held pogo stick. You feel nothing. I recommend this to so very many people. Chiropractic care makes your body feel better. She takes the time to ask what is bothering you and works to make it better.
