I've found myself at Beach & Foster on a few different occasions... Back in the day as a result of…read morea sports injury... Recovering from whiplash after being rear-ended in a car accident. You know, life. I can happily say that my PT, Greg Beach, tailored a perfect treatment plan - heat, exercise, massage/stretching, ultrasound, ice, etc.- to help me make a complete recovery each time. Greg is an expert PT, and one of the nicest people you will ever meet. I've witnessed him and his team work on many people with a variety of issues, and no matter the problem, he immediately knows the best way to go about helping. The thing about PT is that you have to be diligent and willing to work to get better. It is about recovering, strengthening and maintaining healthier habits. Greg wants every patient to continue improving, and if needed, will assign an at-home routine to compliment your office treatment. He makes sure every patient walks out of his care educated and better than they were before their injury or accident. Sure, going to physical therapy isn't how most people want to spend their afternoon or evening after a long day at school or work, but Greg and company, as well as the other patients, really create an enjoyable, relaxed atmosphere that makes it easier to look forward to. The time really flies by when you are working through the burn and getting those exercises done. Any time somebody needs a PT, I refer them to Beach & Foster. I can't believe my review has been filtered out by Yelp!…read more I haven't been the MOST avid Yelper, but I always leave honest and high quality reviews! My review of True Potential is no different. While the business location may be new - their experience, service and expertise are not. It looks like my review isn't the only one that has been filtered out either. I can't understand why Yelp makes it so hard for small town, small business owners to do their jobs. Because of it's size, this business will never have tens of thousands of reviews like bigger companies do (who have reviews that "stick"), it just won't. I watched a video just above my hidden review that supposedly explains why Yelp filters reviews out. But they say in the video that 75% of reviews actually show up. But, 4 out of 4 left for True Potential are hidden - and I happen to know one of the other reviews, they are also a real patient who left a genuine and heartfelt review. True Potential does fantastic work and we should be allowed to recognize it!

Dr. Belmonte is incredibly knowledgeable and has great bed side manner. When I first came in I could barely move my neck. Prior to my experience at Max Effort Physical Therapy, I dreaded going to physical therapy…read more Nonetheless, my condition was not healing on its own, so I perused the approved insurance list and randomly chose this practice. The day I called, Jonathan Belmonte DPT answered the phone, and assured me that I would receive an appointment that week. I instantly knew that this was going to be a different experience. It was extremely refreshing to see how this practice approaches caring for their patients. Similar some of the places that I have been to, there is a single common room and a private exam room (s). However, the large common room has huge wall-to-wall windows with lots of sunlight. There is no scrambling, exasperated "door-open-door-shut" routine. I received friendly, up to date and compassionate care from very attentive therapists and staff. If at any point I had a question, required direction or was ready to move on to another exercise; a therapist or a staff member was always available and immediately provided care. In my experience other PT offices confine patients in small rooms where they spend most of their visit waiting as the therapist scrambles in and out in an attempt to juggle several patients simultaneously. It is indifferent, assembly-line therapy at best. They even sent me a personalized video of the exercises that I was to perform at home. Having a video was crucial to my recovery. I was able watch it repeatedly so I could do the prescribed exercises correctly. Lastly, there administrative staff is amazing. They make sure that all your paperwork is in place so that your insurance covers the visits. I was always kept informed of any changes and getting an appointment was effortless

The day of my procedure at southshore hospital everyone was professional, courteous and friendly (something the world is lacking, but what I needed), by the time my doctor arrived I was relaxed and ready for my surgery. Dr. Morelli explained all that would happen in great detail and answered any questions I had. He was patient. He even chuckled when I told him I read his credentials and they were stellar, but I chose him because he has kind eyes and a warm smile (check out his bio page) and I knew I would be in good hands. I am 2 months post op and doing great, I can use my hands again and with time they'll be stronger and I can make jewelry again. Thank you Dr. Morelli. Orlin and Cohen has really great physicians in their group. Dr. Morelli is 1 out of the 3 I've seen there.

After I complained ( courteously) that I had been left in an exam room to be seen for 45 minutes (!) finally the PA came to se me. She spoke quickly and curtly. She said she would send my scripts to pharmacy. She did not. She told me to wait on a very long line to get an appointment for December. I left and will make it by phone if I do. The thought of going back to that office is a complete turn off. when I suggested that the wait time in exam room was excessive, PA told me that they had a lot of patients! I was going to say that that is why we have APPOINTMENTS, but didn't wish to continue this very unfruitful discussion.
