They take your temperature when you arrive, supply hand sanitizer, wipe down everything after each use, wear masks but sometimes it's crowded and there is poor ventilation in the very old space. With the local increase in positive cases, I no longer feel safe going there without HEPA filtration, scientifically proven to reduce transmission. I have asked 4 times about adding an air purifier but the owner, Donna hasn't responded. Bottom line, you have to decide for yourself what is safe.

They don't even take insurance and they don't even bother to tell you that when you call. Just bait and switch you and hope that you feel so embarrassed by the fact that they don't take "your insurance" that you will go ahead and pay for the session out-of-pocket or the treatments. Beware of this scam. Perhaps this sort of thing should be reported to the attorney general.

On Dec. 5th, '22, I had my knee scoped due to a complex tear of my meniscus. Physical therapy was…read moreprescibed but I was reluctent due to several prior bad experiences I had. Each time, I came out of PT in worse shape than when I started. I decided to give it one session, just to see if there may be a chance this time would be different. Luckily, I was assigned to Haroon Tareen, who explained that he was in his last semester of his PhD in PT. He spent a great deal of time thoroughly taking down my medical and personal history. He took the time to get to know me and what my goals were. Haroon was careful not to overdo it at first, gradually increasing resistence as time went on. Haroon and I developed a personal friendship, sharing our successes and our challenges. After four weeks, eight sessions later, I took a break from our sessions, but he sent me some exercises to do at home. I continued to follow his regiment and decided I could now do it on my own. Thanks to Haroon, I feel great, physically, but more importantly, I feel grateful to have encountered such a brilliant young man. I am sure he will have a very successful career in his field.

I was getting treatment under Tim for my lower back and I have to say he is Awesome .. I have also been to Ralph and Matt for therapy and they are equally amazing :) I got treated for my TMJ by Tom and in just one day of my treatment I felt loads better. Today I am a lot more confident about my back and it's all thanks to Tim , Ralph , Matt and Tom .. Also a big thank you to all the assistants who are always helpful and very kind. The exceptional experience then begins with the most friendly of staff including Will and Taylor who are always most willing to lend a helping hand in making your P/T experience a good one. And then there is my therapist, Lauren, who was "right on " with her diagnosis as to what was contributing to my discomfort after my corrective knee surgery. Her P/T treatments and subsequent progress even impressed my surgeon who was pleasantly surprised with the lack fo swelling and muscle definition some 3+ weeks post surgery. And then there is Mike. In speaking with Lauren during one of our most recent sessions, I indicated that I may have what is commonly known as night vertigo. She proceeded to inform Mike who indicated to me that he would like to perform a test / maneuver to confirm my case of "night vertigo". After the roller coaster of a test which did in fact elicit a dizzy spell he indicated to me that in addition to being a test, teh maneuver was also considered a treatment. Lo and behold, that very evening was the first night in while where I did not experience a dizzy spell........if effective therapy is what you seek and what you need......this is the place........even better than the effective therapy provided, the entire staff is , quite simply put, "TOP NOTCH"....

I started working with Joe who is incredibly knowledgeable with his work of physical therapy. Not only is he the best, but his assistants are incredible too. Kellie and Brooke are super helpful with ensuring your corrective exercises are done with proper form. Michelle at the front desk is so sweet. She cares about getting to know the patients names and is so friendly every time I come in. The equipment here is top notch. It is clear a lot of thought went into how they designed the office and studio. My favorite parts of my experience with physical therapy is the use of their gravity treadmill (it's so cool!), the electric stimulation and the laser therapy. Joe has used his expertise to have me back and running again and doing great at my races. I listen to his advice to keep my knee healthy with my upcoming marathon. Overall, this is the best place for physical therapy I've ever been. The equipment is updated, it is so clean, the staff is super, and I'm feeling strong again. I highly recommend coming here and I would recommend to ask for Joe as your physical therapist!
