They don't even take insurance and they don't even bother to tell you that when you call. Just bait and switch you and hope that you feel so embarrassed by the fact that they don't take "your insurance" that you will go ahead and pay for the session out-of-pocket or the treatments. Beware of this scam. Perhaps this sort of thing should be reported to the attorney general.

The exceptional experience then begins with the most friendly of staff including Will and Taylor who are always most willing to lend a helping hand in making your P/T experience a good one. And then there is my therapist, Lauren, who was "right on " with her diagnosis as to what was contributing to my discomfort after my corrective knee surgery. Her P/T treatments and subsequent progress even impressed my surgeon who was pleasantly surprised with the lack fo swelling and muscle definition some 3+ weeks post surgery. And then there is Mike. In speaking with Lauren during one of our most recent sessions, I indicated that I may have what is commonly known as night vertigo. She proceeded to inform Mike who indicated to me that he would like to perform a test / maneuver to confirm my case of "night vertigo". After the roller coaster of a test which did in fact elicit a dizzy spell he indicated to me that in addition to being a test, teh maneuver was also considered a treatment. Lo and behold, that very evening was the first night in while where I did not experience a dizzy spell........if effective therapy is what you seek and what you need......this is the place........even better than the effective therapy provided, the entire staff is , quite simply put, "TOP NOTCH"....

Kellie and Brooke are super helpful with ensuring your corrective exercises are done with proper form. Michelle at the front desk is so sweet. She cares about getting to know the patients names and is so friendly every time I come in. The equipment here is top notch. It is clear a lot of thought went into how they designed the office and studio. My favorite parts of my experience with physical therapy is the use of their gravity treadmill (it's so cool!), the electric stimulation and the laser therapy. Joe has used his expertise to have me back and running again and doing great at my races. I listen to his advice to keep my knee healthy with my upcoming marathon. Overall, this is the best place for physical therapy I've ever been. The equipment is updated, it is so clean, the staff is super, and I'm feeling strong again.
