Backstory: I had back pain for about a year (probably wfh) in addition to pulling my back after dead lifts. My back would hurt after standing or walking for more than 10 minutes. I went to a chiropractor 3 days a week for 4 weeks and it was just temporary relief and never got better. Scheduled a session with Jerry. He was great the first time with evaluations and was able to work through some of the muscles the first time. He gave me exercises to do to help my imbalance that was causing pain as well and Jay helped me with learn the proper technique. Over the course of 3 weeks my back got a lot better. I could stand and walk for long periods of time. I was able to squat and deadlift again. I wanted to continue to go to him but I was only able to see him without getting a doctors note for a few weeks but I ended up traveling for work then getting Covid so my time was cut short. I will definitely be back again if things flair up and get the doctors note but overall my back has been normal again after a year of pain! Thanks so much Jerry and Jay! I came to Joey about a year after having my first baby, when I realized my pelvic girdle and symphysis pain weren't going away on their own. Second, with regard to my personal safety, they loaned me a walker for stability over my cane. I was walked to my car by the doctor assisting me. He showed me a quick maneuver to move easily into the car. Then reminding me to purchase a walker, he kindly closed my door and took the walker back into the building. In between arriving and leaving, I felt respected for what I was able to do and not frowned on for what I could not do. Last, and certainly to be recognized, in one month I have seen and felt improvement and progress. The pain is down from eight to two. I pray you don't need physical therapy, but if you do, go in with confidence!
