I've been shopping at Phresh for several years now. I'm somewhat a snob...errr..."cannaseur" and was looking around for dispensaries that had rosin (a solvent-free extraction process that uses only heat, pressure and/or pure ice water, but nothing else). I found the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow in Phresh. Solventless-lovers rejoice! On any given day, they have a selection of no less than 15 (often as many as 25) rosins from a variety of Oregon producers. All the big names: Happy Cabbage, Bo's Nose Knows, Highland, Echo, Forté and more. Pricing is average to better-than-average, with Saturdays being 20% off concentrates day--with a typical SHO setting you back $60-100 a gram, that day's savings add up. Their flower selection is well-displayed, with sample nugs from each jar displayed on its own little white dish in a display case. They have perhaps 25 flower strains in stock--not the largest selection, but their buyer knows excellent quality, and what flower is there is impressive. Regular names like Blue Dream and GMO pepper the selection, but many of their own cultivations feature prominently and all the bud looks like eye candy. The several samples I've smoked have all been excellent quality. Edibles---there's really something for everyone here. Cookies? Yep. Beverages? Uh huh. Gummies? Yeah, like so many it took me 5 minutes just to narrow down the wants and after 15 visits I still haven't run the whole menu of them... The store itself is small-ish, maybe 18x18 feet. But they make excellent use of the small space and their inventory is competitive, or exceeds, some of the larger stores in the area. Do bear in mind with respect to their medical client base, they keep a sparse population in the store itself and only allow one or a pair of shoppers per bud tender, so sometimes there can be a bit of a wait. Usually, I'm in and out in 5-10 minutes. The budtenders there are all great and Jordan (manager) is awesome. When I couldn't decide or needed some direction every one of them has been helpful and makes really great recommendations. Always a friendly smile there. Yes I would mind waiting outside it's 100°. Just stopped in to spend a couple hundred dollars real quick. Greeted by a nasty attitude asking me to wait outside in the blistering heat, because of too many frat boys partying in the lobby. By the way the state has opened up, you can as well! The price for the wyld gummies I like was $24.00 as opposed to $16.50 at Electric Lettuce. Are you kidding me?! There are too many dispensaries to have astronomical prices and mediocre service. No worries... I will stick with the small drive for great service and price elsewhere. read more

If I could give it zero stars I would. High prices, low quality products and the manager herself is AWFUL. No wonder the parking lot is always empty. The owner is disrespectful and has no customer service skills whatsoever. I'm not sure how they're still in business. Horrible is the only word to describe it. I would give it zero stars if I could! The owner and some of the staff are VERY rude and just disrespectful to their customers and anyone else I imagine. I was leaving the place but didn't do it fast enough for her and she started honking and yelling at me. Then got out of her car and came up to my window and said "I need to start my truck faster and move because I'm impeding her business "!!! This was maybe 3min after I came out of the shop 5 tops! She then said that she didn't care if I came back to her shop. Mind you I'm on the public street not in the parking lot and she's saying this like she owns the street also. Beyond friendly more like a neighbor that you have dinner and bbq's with. I feel a little depressed if I'm out of the area and must go somewhere else. Phresh has great quality cannabis products at a very reasonable price. On top of that, the service is fantastic. Every bud tender is very friendly and informative which makes the whole experience so much better. I've been to a couple other dispensaries in the same area and the product doesn't even compare to phresh, and those other dispensaries have much higher prices. If you're in the area and need some chronic, Phresh is by far your best choice. read more

I bought a cartridge last week, it worked for a few days of use and then stopped. It wasn't plugged, it was just dysfunctional. When I went to the store, the manager told me they have a 72-hour return policy. It had been more than 72 hours but I use CBD for depression, explained that to her, and hoped that they would help me fix it or make it right since the cartridge was almost completely full. The manager was extremely rude, saying things like "well you wouldn't take alcohol back to the liquor store, would you?" And asking me if I had handled it correctly during it's use, etc. and refused to exchange it. I left the store shaking angry and I will not be returning. This review is in regard to an incident at Fresh cannabis regarding an employee named Danielle who was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and rude to a coustermer. My Husband went to Freash Cannabis on 12/08/2016. While he was there the budtender sold my Husband their "Select Line" of oil cartridges that come with a case, battery and battery charger. Cost in tottol ended up coming to $70.00. He was then told, "If there's any issues at all with the product to return it within 3 days of purchase and to bring the receipt. My husband gets home with the Select Line oil pen. We read the instructions follow them. Charge the batterie, twist the oil cartridge on, I was able to pull two hits where the oil tastes normal. After that there was an extremely strong burning taste. You could tell by the taste that there was a problem with the coil and wick. We then repackaged everything back up and decided to return the product the next day as the store was closed by then. 12/09/2016 My Husband asked me to return the product because he had a long day at work. I say, sure. Then head over to Freash Cannabis. When I arrive I check in and am able to head strate back. I'm greated by two employees, male and female. The male says, "how can help you!". I say "my husband was here yesterday and we're having issues with this product and would like to return it. He asks me what's wrong with it, I tell him and he said okay, with returns the manager has to be here and she left earlier in the day. I say, my husband was told that we shouldn't have a problem with any returns. I then say, "so are you telling me that I won't be able to return this product tonight? That's a lot of money, and I was wanting to pick something else out. He started to say that the manager would be in tomorrow. I said that won't work for me. Is there any way to contact her? He looked kinda iffy, like he didn't want to bother her after hours. I then say, look, after I leave here I plan to write a review and I would really prefer to write a good one. Is there anyway you can contact her? At that point the female budtender (Danielle) states, "reviews don't matter" I say "they do to me!" At that time the male budtender is on the phone and starts to ask me a couple questions about the oil pin, he then starts to relay the information to the manager. At that point I finish what I was saying to Danielle. I look at Danielle, "Mis, reviews matter greatly to me, I check reviews of places before I go to them and if there's bad reviews I don't take my business to them. She then says "the manger on the phone does not care about any reviews" "that it would not change her mind about anything" at that point the male budtender is off of the phone. I was then told by the male budtender that I could exchange the product but that my husband would have to be the one to return it. I said really? That's inconvenient. They both say at the same time that that is 'store policy.' I then say, okay, I will let him know and he'll be up here in a minute. I then look at Danielle and say "coustermer reviews matter greatly for small business and I hope your manager would care about what your coustermers think" Danielle must not have liked that and said, I'm not going to let you intimidate us with a bad review. I say. You should care that's- Danielle than says DO YOU WANT BE 86'ed!?! (I wanted to say) "at this point I don't give a F*** because I'm never coming back! if this is how Freash Cannabis feels about their costumers opinions then I'm not bringing my business here again!) But I said, look, I'm sorry. I'm Not trying to be 86'ed but reviwes do matter.. she then says I would have already been 86'ed if it was any of the other female budtenders. I was like, okay what's your name? She says, "Danielle and I don't care if you know my name! My boss is right there! ( pointing to the male budtender) And he hasn't said anything about what I've said to you." The hole time this is going on he is saying shhh, its okay, its not that big of a problem. I look at him and say, he's been trying to colm the whole situation down after you raised your voice about kicking me out of the store. I then say. Whatever, my husband will be in here in a little bit. I was really in Ahhh of the hole situation. And in disbelief of her customer service skills. if you can't handle someone talking about giving a review of the business because of its return policies you shouldn't be working in coustermer service. If Danielle would have stayed out of the whole transaction I would have written a positive review, but because she chose to input her thoughts about the conversation she has ruined all credibility with this company for me. I will never recommend anyone go there again and in fact, I will tell them my Horror Story of the unprofessional employee that I had the displuser of interacting with. I would recommend going to Shangos down the road for your cannabis needs. read more

I had the worst experience at this shop. I've been to several shops and decided to come in with a friend while they talked to someone about concerns about their vape. Linda was the person who approached us and immediately stated that just because she doesn't like the flavor doesn't mean she needs to bring it back (her concern was about the vape cartridge itself not about it's flavor). She proceeded to tell my friend that she can wait around for the manager but they are going to tell her the same thing. She shouted across the store at my friend while they patiently waited for the manager and had very rude and defensive things to say when we were waiting in the lobby in front of other customers. My friend was called a liar and said "we wouldn't ever be satisfied unless we get what we want" which made no sense in why we were there. Now the current owner is saying that we were threatening with bad reviews when I just mentioned going to another shop, never mentioned leaving a bad review. I never want to destroy someone's name. But there was nothing but disrespect from the owners response to my friends situation and Linda. I will not be going back, neither will my family or friends because of this horrible experience. This place deserves 5 stars for a number of reasons...1) The quality and selection of the weed is better than I've found in ANY of the Portland and surrounding areas. It's all so fresh and the smell is SOOO fantastic!! And unlike other stores they are ALWAYS stocked with the Top Shelf strains I come for! They also usually have new ones to try when I venture in. 2) The prices are VERY competitive!! 3) EVERYONE is so knowledgable and friendly!!! They REALLY know their stuff here and it shows!! Jasmine is the friendliest, funniest, hottest, most knowledgable bud tender I've experienced. Always have a great time and a great laugh when I see her. 4) The store is one of the nicest shops, if not the nicest I been too. Everything is so neat and pristine. 5) THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE! It's DEF worth the commute from Portland. I've tried A LOT of places, and some I like, some I hated, some had things u liked about them and didn't like about them, but I LOVE EVERYTHING about Phresh!
